Under His Construction

• Jan. 22, 2008 - I'm Back!

Well - it has been a long drawn out move with many uncertainties and many blessings along the way! We are now settled into a tiny little town here in Washington. What the area lacks in numbers it more than makes up for in beauty! Everyone should take a trip up this way at some point in their life and I would offer you a place to stay but this trailer is full to the brim !
Ahh trailer life again! It has been very good thus far but God is helping us to clearly see some character issues that have been neglected far too long. These problems have a tendency to rear their ugly heads in such a miserable way when living in tight quarters! There is absolutely no room for prideful and impatient hearts and so we are seeking God daily to help us cast them out in order to live peaceably in our travel trailer sweet travel trailer.
How are all of you? I have missed you! I am very excited as I have so many great things to share with you all!
How were all of your holidays? We had such a wonderful time with our family and friends! It is so good to be near all of them again!
My parents got my daughter an MP3 player for Christmas and my brother was so sweet to download all of his Apologetix CDs onto it for her. She has been having a blast learning all of their hilarious lyrics! What? Who is Apologetix you ask? Oh boy are you in for a treat! Apologetix is a Christian band that has taken popular hits from the 40's on to current artists and made them into parodies based on Biblical stories. They are great! Check out my sidebar for one of their videos (it was about time I changed out my Christmas music eh?) (  : Enjoy!

Welcome back to blogging! I look forward to hearing more of your adventures, but please don't put in too much stuff about how beautiful it is there. ;) I am really trying to be satisfied with the birds who visit us. The rugged Northwest is my refuge of choice though. Hopefully, we'll make it up there this year. :)

Peace to you,
Renae

Thanks and I will try to keep the bragging to a minimum for you my friend! ( : I too love the Pacific NW and can understand your plight. We spent a year in NV and there is so much to be desired for in beauty there!

Yeah! Welcome back! Good to have my friend back online again. Can't wait to hear more about your adventures. Don't be surprised if I pop by one day, lol. Seriously, I will be surprised if that ever happens, in the next decade, anyway. Have a great week. Love, Miiko

You always get me excited about what is going on in the homeschool world. I'm glad to have my 'researcher' back~ so I can find the good stuff, without hunting for it! I'm glad to be back and communicating again with you!!!
Someday... I'll have to sign up for the 'paperbackswap'. I want to, but just haven't yet!!
Miss ya and wanted to know if you would be interested in going to the INHC~ Inland Northwest Homeschool Conference?? I was going to ask Brandi also. I'm sure Karen is going. I'll email you more info if you are interested.
Talk to you later~ Jen
