We have gotten side tracked on farm animals so we have taken a break from our letter of the week.  We are going to a farm in October where you can gather eggs, milk cows and feed the animals.  My sister went yesterday with her preschool class and said it was wonderful.  I had been searching for a farm where we could go and could only come up with one that was a goat farm and another that had all animals but they were both so far away.  This one will take about an hour an half but we can go visit with family members on the way back.  The older kids are less than thrilled about going to a farm but it won't hurt them to take time out for their little brother.  We will also stop and pick up our grandson and nephew along the way and take them also I'm sure Colin will have a blast having someone more his age with him.  Now I just have to find someone to come and sit with the animals while we are gone. 

Time to get our day started.
