Please take a look

Please take a look at some of the stuff we have been doing.  There still is more but I have finally found some time to get this much done.  Go to  http://journals.aol.com/scpepccee/our-lapbooks/         and look at lapbooks, games, and flashcards.

Question About Lapbooking

I've been looking at different lapbooks and would like to try doing one.  My question is what is the book made of a file folder, poster board or something else?  I did read on a site about using file folders but from some of the ones I have been looking at they just don't seem to be that.  Here is a site that I found on frogs that is really cute  http://www.timsellers.net/homeschool/2005/11/frogs-lapbook.html

I would like to try one out and get the hang of it before I do this with my son.  From the site above I get how she used little books on both sides of the flaps but I'm not certain about the middle.

If anyone could help I would love to hear your thoughts.

Take Care,

Vickie
