hey whats up all???
yay i did it!!!!! i put a pic on my blog....... and i just going to tell you that when ever i get on here and write an entry i'm going to put the days left till Christmas. soooo yeah well anyway hows life for everyone?? mines okay we have been really crazy lately... and i hardly ever have the time to say something on here.but i just gave my dog a bath last night and he already smells bad again. but i gtg so ttyl......

| okay i know its ah little late 2 tell you this but,this year last month i went to creation fest with so friends and friends of friends but anyway i had been like praying and praying that i would get to go to creation cuz i didn't have the money.but our friends came over just cuz they wanted to and they herd that Meggie my sister wanted to go and had the money but not the ride to go so they said well we are going and you can come with us so she was going with them.and my mom said yeah steph wanted to go but she doesn't have the money and 1 of our friends kate said well some lady walked up to me and gave me 100 dollars for going to the to china and tell people about God.so she said what if i paid for her ticket and she came with us soo my mom talked to me for a little bit about it and okay go give kate a hug and i'm like does that mean yes and she said yes........so the i was really happy and me meg were both like so happy we could jump up and down but didn't want in front of people who didn't know we were that happy so anyway we got all packed up and i think 3 days later we were leaving for creation. we got there at about 11:30 pm and got our camp set up and in bed at (well us in bed)at about 2:30 so yeah no sleep and then the next day we went down to go and you know listen to music what else but so this is Wednesday and we saw people like hawk nelson and okay well we just going to say all the people we saw but on all of the day we saw tfk and newsboys and barlowgirl,switchfoot ,skillet,stellar kart,kj-52,flyleaf,and lots of other people but i just gtg sooo ttyl........... |

I obviously haven't been a very good blogger lately, and in all truth, I don't know that I'll be on here very much after this. I'm going to be quite busy, because I'm going to college this year.
It was actually quite the unexpected decision for me. I didn't decide until late this spring that I was going to graduate early and go to college. It took a little while to even get used to the idea.
I will be attending a Bible college about 45 minutes away from my home. My sister attends there currently, so we'll be there together this first year. I'm going to be living on campus, so that will be a big adventure.
I'm both excited and afraid to do this. I know it's going to be a ton of fun, but there's a lot of things that are going to change, and that's scary. Some things aren't ever going to be the same anymore. But I really feel up for this new challenge, and I think it's going to be a good thing.
I can try to post from college, but no promises. I'm sure I'll have a lot of stories though. I hope I'll have enough time to tell a few of them on here.

Family Vacation!!!!!!
This was kinda long ago sorry didn't tell you sooner..... but on June 27 we left to go on a vacation and i have a lot to tell you so if you don't mind doing some reading i will tel you........

Here We Are
Day 1
We each had the opportunity to enjoy God's beauty along 503 South out of Battle Ground at a slower pace then usaull by walking in shifts for a 1/2 mile at a time. (Laurie Ewert)
Our first directional activity was to travel south for 1 1/2 hours then whatever city we were in we had to count the letters of that city and multiply that number times 2 and go that far east for that many miles.
We rode the Canby Ferry across the Willamette River
We ended in Molalla, Or where we stayed for the night at Feyrer Park right on the Molalla River. We had the sweetes camp hosts Roy and Judy Farmer we had the the wonderful privalege of praying with them as the are heading back to Arizona for Roy's surgery
Day 2
Started with 45 miles west
stopped in Newberg for a self serve car wash
went to the 76 gas station and asked the attendent to give us directions to the nearest gas station. He had a great sense of humor and totally laughed it off.
made to Sheridon, OR
Go east for 1 1/2 hours hey weren't we just going west!!!
lots of silly things happened on the way
traded shoes with each other, had a family race while we were still in each others shoes this was a great chance for us to talk about not being jealous or envious or critical of another person cause we reall don't know what it is like till we have walked in their shoes
(Victor Bruhn) sent us on a hunt for an airport which took us to Salem, but no planes were flying.
Spent the night in Lyons, OR at John Nell Memorial Park site #8
Day 3
Go through the next 3 towns in any direction then stop in the next town
We are now in Albany, Or..............
Right now we are in Florence, OR where we just made a new friend named Kay. She is a patient in the hospital here in Florence. We brought her some flowers and prayed with her. Please remember to pray for her.
We have stopped and craved our name in a tree.
We are on our way to Kirby, OR the city our penny landed the nearest too when we flicked it on the map.

Jul. 3, 2008 day 7
Fires in CA
We are staying the night in Yreka, CA and we are not sure if we will be able to go any farther south as the CA fires have caused many road closures. There is smoke everywhere. I don't have all our notes of the last 2 days activites with me, so I will have to update our traveling tomorrow.
Remember to pray for the people here in CA many people are having to leave thier homes without knowing if they will be able to return.....
Jul. 5, 2008 day 9
Here we are in Redmond, OR
We are getting closer to home.
Yesterday had us doing some pretty strange things.
We had to line up backwards and walk to the store .Meg caught it on video. This way the brain child of Laurie Ewert.
We tasted something none of us have ever had before Kippered Herring. Thanks Pam Swearingen. We had a 20% success rate with this one! I personally hated it.
We stopped and played baseball on the side of the road ( in a safe place)
We went to Crater Lake
The higlight of everyone's day I think was when we pulled into a Chevron and had to hand somebody a $1. Meg took this one on and handed it to a boy about 16 years old he was elated!!!!!!
well yeah it was really really fun..........

Heyyyy!
It's so awesome 'cause we're getting construction done on our house! We're making our garage our living room! I wanna tell u something! I have 5 webkinz! I have Oscar, a husky, June, a black poodle, Mickey, a St. Bernard, Sheila, a koala bear, and Rita, a white mouse. They're all sooo cute!!!
Ok if ur as bored as I am with my blog I really feel sorry for you.

Sorry it took soooooo so so long to write but I'm really trying.
Here is the second chapter of my book Dr.Zoople and Frank on Mercury.
P.S.
We started school that my excuse.
Chapter 2
"Good now lets get in the ship!" said Dr.Zoople
"O.K.!" Frank exclaimed
When they were on the ship Dr.Zoople said to the computer "Computer! activate countdown to 20 seconds!"
"Isn't it usually 10 seconds?"
"Yes, but I need to get something in back room of the spaceship that I really need to get. Ooh... computer restart countdown to a minute." Dr.Zoople hurried off to the back room of the ship. Then he came back, sat down and buckled his seat belt.
"Here boy put this on!"
"What is it?" Frank asked
"It's a helmet what else?"
Frank put it on in a hurry then the computer said
"10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 ignition!"
"Here weeee gooooo!" Dr.Zoople exclaimed. Then they felt a thump!
"Dr.Zoople did we land?" Frank asked
"No sirrry were just in the orbit of the earth!"
"What do you mean?"
"You didn't learn about orbit in science?"
"No"
"Oh, what are they teaching in school these days? O.K. boy, I'll tell you about the orbit. That is if you want me to tell you, do you?"
"Yes sir!" Frank said
"Good, hand me that white board, would you."
Frank reached up and got the white board.
"You see Frank," Dr.Zoople said drawing a picture of Earth, the moon , and the spaceship. "When something in space is smaller than another thing, it gets pulled in by Gravity and..."
"Wait a sec Dr.Zoople," Frank interrupted "You ,mean the moon is in orbit with the Earth?"
"Don't tell me you didn't know that!"
"Eh, no."
Dr.Zoople shook his head and said,
"Boy, you have a lot to learn about space! Any way as I was saying.When something is bigger then, lets say the moon, it gets pulled in by gravity by the Earth we call it orbit! Then it starts to go around and around and around and around and..."
"DR. ZOOPLE! WERE GOING TO CRASH!"
"Boy, your going to kill my ears!"
Frank started to calm down and Dr.Zoople said "Now, Boy, explain to me quietly, what's the matter?!"
Frank, out of breath said
"Dr. Zoople, I think you should look at the Earth."
"Yeah, what's the matter with it?"
Frank reached in a panic for the wheel, Dr. Zoople slapped his hand and said "FRANK, stop it!"
"Lllooook, were going to crrrash iiinttto Earth!" Frank stuttered.
Dr. Zoople looked and replied "Frank, I am disappointed in you. What have I been telling you about orbit?"
"Well, I did hear what you said but I kinda was distracted by the Earth."
"So you didn't hear anything that I said about orbit?"
"Yeah, I did, but the very end I didn't really listen."
"Well, that part wasn't important."
"Good!"
"Now, I think we should get out of orbit don't ya think?"
"Yeah, that might be a good idea!"
"O.K. Computer release from orbit in ten seconds. Put on your helmet Frank!"
The computer started the countdown, "10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 release!"
Dr.Zoople grabbed the wheel and flew the space ship towards the moon, he flew write past it. Frank tried to look forward but they were going to fast he had to look away or else his eyes would fly out of his sockets. "Dr.Zoople! I think were going too fast!" Frank screamed, they were going so fast Frank couldn't even hear his own voice.
"What did you say boy?" Dr.Zoople had a much louder yell and Frank didn't know he had an ear piece in his ear, so Frank could hear him.
"I think were going to fast!"
I can't hear you, but if your saying were going to fast we aren't. If we go any slower we might get pulled in by Venus!"
"OH!"

Next, I wanted to tell the story of how the Society of Cool Bloggers got started. Chris (who now resides at www.reliantclay.com ) wanted to start a club that was somewhat exclusive. Do you remember the awards era? Everybody had at least one award, and a lot of them had several. Chris decided to create the Society after he received his fifth 'reflective blogger award'. And that is pretty much how it happened.
