Declaration of Intent to Homeschool

State law specifies that families choosing to homeschool turn in a DOI form to their local school district by September 15th each year.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Use only the form provided by CHRISTIAN HERITAGE, CHRISTIAN HOMESCHOOL NETWORK, or HSLDA
These links provide the form you should use as well as answers to questions you might have about the WA State “Declaration of Intent to Homeschool Form.”
- Mail form rather than delivering it in person. Use certified mail to provide a record of it being sent.
- Resist all temptations to participate in any form of government-school-at-home programs!
