Wow.....

Romans 12:1-2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. It has been a LONG time since I posted a blog entry... lol. Sorry about that... lol A lot of things have happened since my last blog entry. The first thing is that I got all 5 of Jon Foreman's EPs!! They are absolutly awesome!! Here are a few of the songs from them: I just love these songs!! The next thing that happened was that I went to a winter retreat with my youth group. It was really fun! We went to Mt. Baker and we stayed at the Bibleway Lodge. Our youth group had a little cabin with two rooms in it. One side was the girls' side, and one was the boys' side. We slept there Friday night and then the next morning went to the chapel. We listened to the message, and then some people came up who were pretending to be a band called "Fire and Ice". I got a picture of them in their costumes lol: Then off to Mt. Baker!!! We headed off into the snow (the snow was so deep that if you sank all the way into it it would probably come up to your waist lol), and then my leg sunk into the snow! I pulled it out and my boot was gone! So Tasha (one of my really good friends), Andrew (one of the youth leaders), and I dug and dug in the snow and finally got it out. But it was filled with water because there was a lake under the snow that was not frozen!! I got a picture of the hole too lol: So I had to sit in the van lol. And a different Andrew (not the youth leader, but a youth member {there were two Andrews lol}) completely lost his shoe and he couldn't find it so he had to sit in the van too because he didn't have any other shoes. I didn't either. So we both had to borrow an extra pair of somebody else's shoes for the rest of the trip... lol While I was sitting in the van, I got a few more pictures: Then we drove back to the cabin and went to the chapel. Then we went back to the cabin again and went to sleep. The next morning we packed up, went to the chapel one last time and heard the last message that we were going to hear on that trip, and then left. OH, and of course we had food there too lol. The next thing, is that tomorrow, I am going to be going to a Kutless concert in Seattle with the youth group!! :-D I'm excited for it. And I'll take pictures! Today, I am suffering my second day of pink eye... :-P It is no fun... it feels as if my eyes are slowly drying up... but the doctor gave me some special eye drops to put in my eyes. He said that after 24 hours of having the eye drops in my eyes I won't be contagious, and then the pink eye will be better in about a week. Also I feel really bad for my youth pastor Obie and his wife Heather. You see, Obie's work made him go to Everett for two months. He still has about a month to go. He can't see Heather and she can't see him for that amount of time, because he can't come back here until March 22. The only way they would see eachother is if Heather went to Everett, but she has her work here too so she can't really do that. But, at least it is not like when Obie went to Hawii for a business trip a few or so years ago. He was gone for like 5 or 6 months on the business trip, and it's obvious he couldn't come back here until the business trip was over, and Heather obviously couldn't go to Hawii. Well, I guess that's all for now. My next entry will probably be about the Kutless concert, so... get ready for that lol
