I don't have any cookie recipes that I am very fond of at this moment, but I will give you a recipe for a no bake treat that my family made when I was a kid.

Church Window Chocolate Candies

1 stick of butter (4 oz). Melt
1 package of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Melt with Butter
Cool the chocolate mixture just till it's warm, NOT cold and set

1 package of multi colored marshmallows. Fold into the Chocolate mixture
1 cup of chopped walnuts. Fold some into the chocolate-marshmallow mixture.

Form into a log and allow to set. When partially set, roll the logs on chopped walnuts to make the nut crust. ( we also used coconut sometimes)
When firm, slice the logs about 1/2" thick to show pretty pastel colored marshmallows set on chocolate.

One of my favorite memories of these is when my whole family including Dad would make a whole BUNCH of cookies and some of these things before Christmas Eve.
They were presents that we put in pretty boxes for all our relatives.

A verse that has been on my heart is:

"Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption" (Hebrews 9:12).

I've never heard of these candies, but they sound like they would be big hit with kids.
