Flu Season is NOT over yet
|
Well, I thought we were going to get out of this season without getting it.. The flu that is. I think Trinity and I have it. But- on the upside, my back is better! Doc gave me some muscle relaxers and I took a few and then I didn't need them anymore, which is good because they were knocking me on my behind! So Here I am today looking for nutritional/holistic help for my yucky feelings I realize this is coming too late for some of you, but I will share what I have found anyway for those who may be looking for info. Here is a site that has a lot of good nutritional info andthis one has a recipe for "Sick People Soup". If you want the CDC's info about the flu, go to CDC flu and if you want to see the flu map of the US, you can click here and scroll down to see it . We are using a new curriculum called Learning Adventuresand it is fun so far, and very easy to use. The author must think the same way I do. I am going to go lay down now and readAnne Rice's "Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt" Here is a little background and research info about the book It is a page turner so far, and although not entirely theologically sound, not entirely improbable. It is about the boy Jesus as he grows up. The premise is that He didn't know everything about himself and is written in the form of a first person mystery told by the boy Yeshua himself. I'm off.
