The Velocity Sports Performance program is an exhilarating, 60 minutes class that focuses on enhancing overall physical fitness. Students can expect increased muscle tone, greater jumping ability, better running form, reduced likelihood of injury, increased confidence and endurance, and a whole lot of fun.
