Chapter 3
Captured

Mon, Sept 24th, 2056

Julia awoke with a start. A hand was covering her mouth and a gun was pushed up to her chest.

In a gruff voice the man said, “Don’t make a sound or I’ll shoot.”

He grabbed her arm and made her stand up. Then he made her go out the window and climb down a ladder to a truck. He told her to get in. Keeping her eyes on the gun, she obeyed.

The man got into the truck and they drove away. Besides the fact that it was still dark out, he had a mask over his face so she couldn’t tell who he was. He drove for almost two hours. When he finally stopped, she found herself in a swamp.

The masked man told her to get out of the truck. Once she had done this, he got out and took off the mask.

Julia gasped, “It can’t be!”

There, standing in front of her was Leo!

“But, you’re dead!”

“Thought that you could kill me, huh? Well, I didn’t fall for your little masquerade, but you fell for mine. You killed Red Minion dressed to look like me.”

“But why was he dressed like you, and how did you know that I wasn’t really Catwoman?”

“Oh,” Leo sneered, “wouldn’t you like to know? Let’s just say that I have ears everywhere.”

“Then why did Catwoman escape?” she smirked.

“I don‘t want to talk about it.” Leo grumbled, reaching into his pocket. He pulled out a small remote. Then he pushed one of the buttons and a door opened in one of the dead trees.

He pushed her into the darkness of the tree. “You’d better say your code words and get your costume on, because I’m going to tell them that I’ve captured Wolf Woman, and if they go to your cell and see Julia Wolfe they just might use their brains (small as they are), put two and two together, and find out your true identity,” Leo told her.

He knows about this too? Julia said the code words “Cap Flow”, and instantly, instead of pajamas, she was wearing her Wolf Woman suit.

Leo led her to a cell and pushed her inside. Then he walked inside as well and said, “Now don’t be as stubborn as Catwoman was, or else. What are the pass codes for the C.F.M.C.?”

Leo had just asked the one question that had an answer that could destroy the entire Super Friends, the one question that only true Teen Titans and Justice Leaguers (in other words, not trainees) knew the answer to, and the one question that Wolf Woman would never answer.

Leo waited for the answer, but when none came he snarled, “Maybe you’ll see that you must answer this question after a few days without food or water.” With that, he walked away.

“Yes, Principle Hein. I know it’s really short notice, but Julia will be gone for the whole week…” Mr. Wolfe said into the phone. “I’m sorry, it came up so suddenly…Well, I’d rather not give too many details; it’s sort of personal to her. Let’s just say that a friend really needs her right now…Thank-you for understanding…I’m not entirely sure, let’s just say that she’ll be back this next Monday…Yes, I’ll call you if anything changes…Sure, I’ll pick up the outlines on her lessons on my way to work and give it to her as soon as she gets back home…Thank-you, good-bye.”

“I wish that she’d tell us when she’s going to leave for a while.” Mrs. Wolfe said.

“Well, sometimes you can’t plan for saving the world,” her husband replied, “You just take care of it when it happens.”

“I guess, but couldn’t she have just left us a note?”

“Maybe she didn’t have enough time to.”

“Maybe. I just hope that she calls us soon.”

Wed, Sept 27th, 2056

After a couple days without food or water, Wolf Woman began to weaken. Leo came back every day and asked her the same question, “Where is the C.F.M.C. and what are the pass codes?”

She replied with silence as she had done for the past two days.

Infuriated with the fact that she wouldn’t tell, Leo grabbed his whip from his utility belt. “I heard from Leopard that you’d gotten pretty good at using a whip. But let’s see how you like being at the other end of one!”

He raised his arm high and as he brought it down, Wolf Woman rolled out of the way. Then she jumped back to her feet and watched Leo, trying to figure out when he would strike next. He raised his arm again and she jumped out of the way.

“I see that you haven’t lost too much strength yet,” Leo commented. “But since you’ve gone two days without food, you have weakened. And you can’t run for long!” He raised his arm to strike again.

Wolf Woman jumped to his left, but he’d been prepared for that and instead of striking air, he flicked his wrist and caught her leg, causing her to fall. Holding her in place with his whip, Leo came towards her and grabbed her arm. He then yanked her to her feet and threw her against the wall of the cell.

Wolf Woman yelped in pain and struggled to get up before he could strike her, but she couldn’t. As the whip came down she covered her face with her hands. It hit her on her side and ripped into her flesh. She cried out in pain.

“Now will you tell me?” Leo raised his arm again threateningly.

“No!” she yelled bravely and she tensed her body in preparation for the whip. She would not tell him what he wanted to know, even if she had to die to protect the secret.

Sat, Sept 30th, 2056

Wolf Woman lay on her prison bed. She had an excruciating pain in her stomach. The Legion had given her water, but just enough to keep her alive and still no food. It had been five days since she’d last eaten.

She also had great pain on her back and sides; Leo had whipped her twice more after the first time, each time ripping into her at least five times.

As she lie there, wondering if her parents were worrying or if they thought that she was just on a long mission, Wolf Woman heard someone walking up the hall.

Probably Leo, she thought, coming to ask me the question, again.

When she saw whom it was she was surprised, but she was even more surprised when she found out why that person was there.

It was Purple Minion, and in her hand was a small package. Purple Minion barely looked Wolf Woman’s way; instead, she looked around, as if she didn’t want anyone to see her. Then, as she was walking by, without stopping she slipped the package into the cell. She continued walking until she was out of sight.

Wolf Woman slowly got up and grabbed the package. When she opened it, she found a protein bar and a note. The note read:

Don’t worry it isn’t poisoned.
We’ll get you out soon.
Working on a plan.
Don’t tell about the you-know-what.
- Rottweiler

Wolf Woman ate the protein bar gratefully. She now had hope. She would get out, and soon.

____________________

Rottweiler cautiously walked towards the exit. She hoped that no one would suspect her in the Purple Minion suit.

She got on the elevator and pushed the exit button. She felt herself slowly being raised upwards.

When she got to her stop, she went out through the tree and headed toward the overgrown road, pushing plants out of the way, as she went. There she met her friend, Golden Retriever, and told her the situation.

“It’s bad, G.R. The Legion has her captive in a heavily guarded place. The only reason that I got in is that I caught the real Purple Minion and took her outfit. It’s crawling with guards.”

“They must want the info pretty badly.” Golden Retriever stated.

“Yes,” Rottweiler answered, “They do. They’ve been starving her and it looks like she’s been whipped too.”

___________________

Wolf Woman stared at the ceiling from her bed. She missed her family, her friends, her cat, and even her school.

I must be desperate if I miss school, she thought, sighing.

Just then, the whole place began to rumble.

“An earthquake!” she heard someone yell.

Wolf Woman saw the ceiling crack above her head. She screamed and got out from under the cracks just in time. The ceiling had fallen on top of the bed where she had been laying.

This may be my chance to escape, she thought, and she walked painfully towards the hole in the roof.

____________________

“Look!” Golden Retriever screamed, “The ground is falling into the hide-out!”

“And it’s falling right over the prison,” Rottweiler gasped, “Wolf Woman might be in danger, come on!”

They ran towards the hole in the ground, but as they were nearing, a gigantic tree started to fall towards them!

____________________

Wolf Woman tried to climb out through the hole. In her normal condition, it would have been a snap, but she was weakened, from having no food and from the loss of blood. She couldn’t make it out.

“Great...”

Mar. 16, 2009 - Chapter 2, Part 2 - Entry File: The C.F.M.C.

Batman, Robin, and Batgirl all jumped out of the Bat-plane, which they’d silently landed on the roof of the Legion’s hideout. They’d had White Wolf hack into the Legion’s computer to get a layout of all the alarms; all the same, they needed to be very careful.

After a few minutes of walking on the rooftop, Batman nodded. They were right above the prison.

Batgirl grabbed a mini Bat-Laser off her utility belt and cut out a hole in the roof. Then the three of them jumped through the hole.

They immediately found Catwoman’s cell and Batman got out his lock-picking kit. Robin and Batgirl watched for anyone coming.

But what they didn’t see was that the Poacher, Rabies, and five minions were hiding in a different cell.

All of a sudden, Batgirl heard a loud noise and immediately after felt pain in her right arm. She’d been shot.

Thankfully, Batman had just gotten the cell unlocked and Catwoman was free. She ran out and Batman turned around just in time to see the villains run out of their cell.

Batman and Robin got in front of the girls. Robin yelled to Catwoman, “Can you get through the hole in the roof?”

Batman threw a Bat-a-rang, which sliced through the Poacher’s gun as Catwoman answered, “I can try to, but I’m very weak.”

Batman threw another Bat-a-rang, this time at the hole in the roof. It went through and latched onto the roof. He’d attached a Bat-rope to it, which was now hanging down through the hole, “Climb it, we’ll help Batgirl.”

Robin jumped into the air and kicked a minion square in the chest, sending him flying backwards. Then he turned and punched another one in the face and another one he hit in the back of his head, knocking him out.

Once Catwoman was through the hole, Batman grabbed Batgirl and started climbing. Robin backed slowly towards the rope, fighting off any minion that dared to get too close.

Angered by their minions’ incapability of stopping one teenage Hero, Rabies and Poacher ran towards him. Robin flipped over them and kicked as he was in the air. He’d aimed for the back of the Poacher’s head, but missed and hit him in the shoulder. Although it wasn’t what he’d wanted, it did send Poacher to the ground. Once Robin landed, he turned and kicked at Rabies, but Rabies grabbed his foot and twisted, sending Robin to the ground.

The five minions jumped at him, but were fended off by Batman, who’d come back through the hole after bringing Batgirl up to the roof.

Robin got up from the ground and ran at Rabies. He punched the villain in the face and jumped up to the rope, with Batman right behind him. They hurried up and then climbed into the Bat-plane where Catwoman and Batgirl were waiting.

Catwoman, while the guys were fighting, had gotten the bullet out of Batgirl’s arm and then ripped part of her pants leg and tied the cloth around Batgirl’s arm to stop the bleeding.

“Are you alright?” Robin asked Batgirl while jumping into the pilot’s seat. As he piloted the plane he was careful to keep his head turned from the reunited husband and wife.

Batgirl, also a bit embarrassed, looked away too, “Yeah, I’m fine. You?”

“Yep.” He turned to see if Batman and Catwoman were finished and then turned away again. He let out a long breath, “Mission accomplished.”

Julia lay on her bed trying to sleep. She kept thinking about what had happened that day. Though she knew that she had killed Leo in self-defense, she felt guilty.

Her friends had tried to help her know that it wasn’t her fault that she had to kill Leo, and that she didn’t really try to kill him, for her eyes had been closed. Even Felicia seemed to sense that something was wrong and tried to comfort her, but nothing they did or said could make her shake the feeling that she had killed someone, someone who used to be her friend.

It was hard for her to fall asleep, both from her sadness and also the aching from the fight. It wasn’t as bad as it had been; White Wolf sealed the deep scratches with her fusion powers. Mostly it was the guilt that she felt that was keeping her from rest.

Not knowing what else to do, she took her problems to the Lord in prayer. Father, she prayed, thank-you for loving me and forgiving me. Thank-you that when I confess my sins You will take them from me and separate them from me as far as the East is from the West. Father, I’ve done something today that I wish I didn’t do. I’ve killed someone. I know that it was in self-defense, but I still feel guilty about it. Please take this guilt that I feel away from me. I love You, and I’m Yours. In Your Son, Jesus’, name I pray, amen.

A feeling of peace came over Julia, for though she had killed someone she had been forgiven. And though she was still sad for what she had done she was finally able to go to sleep.

Chapter 2
The Mission

Falconess headed toward Julia with something draped over her arm. “Here’s your new suit,” she said.

Wolf Woman went to the girl’s bathroom and tried it on. “Perfect fit, Falconess!” she told her friend, “Oops, I mean, Purr-fect fit!”

“Thank-you, I just hope that it’s good enough to fool the Legion.”

“It is, don’t worry, it is!”

Wolf Woman and Falconess came out of the dressing room and they went into the gym, where Robin was waiting.

“It fits.”

“Wow! You look just like her! You did a great job, Falconess!”

“Thanks,” she said humbly.

“Now we can get to work, Wolf Woman. The hardest thing that you will need to learn is also the first thing that you have to learn: how to use Catwoman’s weapon, a whip. Normally the best, Catwoman herself, would teach you, but for obvious reasons she can’t. So we’ve brought in a sub.” he gestured towards the door and the substitute walked out, “Golden Retriever. Have fun.”

“I’ll try.” Wolf Woman called after him as he and Falconess walked out, then she walked over to Golden Retriever. “Hi. So you’re my teacher?”

“Only for the whip, not for anything else.” she replied.

“All right, I’m ready.”

The first thing to learn was how to handle it. At first, Wolf Woman just had to crack it in the air, and she kept doing it too hard.

“With this kind of whip just a flick of the wrist will send it flying out,” G.R. said, “Keep your movements small.” After learning this, Wolf Woman found cracking it in the air very easy.

The next thing to learn was aiming. At first Wolf Woman’s whip was about 3 or 4 feet away from the target. However, with practice and Golden Retriever’s help, it went down to 2 feet, then a foot, then inches, until she hit the targets with near perfect accuracy.

It took three hours before she was done with the whip, three long hours.

After a half hour break, she went to her next training session, learning to talk like Catwoman.

“We understand that you won’t get Catwoman’s voice perfectly,” Robin said once she got to the right room, “But we are going to get it as close as possible.”

“All right.”

They spent about an hour and a half in there, going over how Catwoman says words like “Perfect” and her tone of voice. Once they were done with that she could sound very closely like Catwoman.

After that, she continued her training for a few more hours, and the next day as well. When she was done, not only did she look and sound like Catwoman, she could also walk like Catwoman, make decisions how Catwoman would make them, and even fight in the same style and with the same cat-like grace that Catwoman had.

“One more day like this,” Julia said to Felicia at the house in Wolvesville, “And I’ll be ready for the ultimate be-like-Catwoman test: the mission.”

Sun, Sept 24th, 2056

“Leo! Leo!” Red Minion ran to his boss.

“What is it now, Minion?” Leo growled.

“Catwoman is stopping a robbery at the Metropolis bank!”

“I know that!”

“What? Did someone get here before me?”

“No, idiot! I’ve been waiting for this.” Leo grabbed his radio and called Rabies, Poacher, and the Leopard. “Rabies, Poacher, its time. Get a bunch of your minions and wait at the prison cells. There should be a group of Heroes on their way to rescue Catwoman. Leopard, I need you to wait at 435th Street, in case Black Minion and I need back up.”

“Yes, Leo.” all three said.

Then Leo shut off his radio, “Black Minion!” he yelled.

The minion ran into the room, “Yes Leo?”

“Meet me at 433rd Street near the bank. Go!”

“Yes, Leo.” he ran off.

“Now, Red Minion, I need you to do me a little favor…”

____________________

It wasn’t a real robbery; the robber had been Grey Wolf pretending to rob the bank so that the Legion would see the fake Catwoman and think that she’d escaped.

After stopping the fake robbery, Wolf Woman (in her Catwoman suit) walked out of the bank and looked around. Though it was very far away, she thought that she could see someone watching her from the rooftop of another building.

Okay, Catwoman, she thought to herself, this is your time to shine!

She ran towards the building and climbed with Catwoman’s long, sharp claws up to the roof, where she saw Leo the Lion and Black Minion.

“Thought you could escape so easily, huh?” Leo said in an awkward voice.

He must have had a cold recently. She pushed that out of her mind, “You didn’t think that you could hold the Catwoman for long, did you?” she said in her best Catwoman voice.

They charged at her and with Cat-like grace she flipped over them, then she turned toward them, poised to attack. Then, with a hiss, she ran at them whip in hand. With a flick of her wrist, she caught Black Minion’s arm and threw him to the floor. Leo ran at her and punched, hitting her in the arm. She returned a strike with her whip, nearly catching him on the leg.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Black Minion up and running at her. With a yowl, she flipped backward and flung herself at him, and then kicked, hitting him square in the jaw and knocking him to the ground. Leo came up from behind and grabbed her arm that was holding the whip, but she didn’t need her whole arm to use her weapon and with a flick, she got his leg and pulled, sending him to the ground.

Black Minion got up and ran at her again. He kicked, but missed as she leaped out of the way. Then she flipped over him and when she was directly above him, she hit him on the back of the head, knocking him out. Then she turned to face Leo the Lion.

They stood, staring at each other for a long time, neither one moving a muscle. Then Leo sprang at her, Wolf Woman easily evaded the attack, sending Leo to the ground, but while he was down, he kicked her legs out from under her and she fell. With a snarl, Leo pounced at her, Wolf Woman barely missing the attack by rolling out of the way.

They stood and with a Wolf-like growl, Wolf Woman ran at him. She realized her error too late. For a second she was distracted, stunned at what she had just done. Leo lunged at her and knocked her to the ground. Then he grabbed her, pulled her to her feet, and pulled off her Catwoman mask, seeing her Wolf Woman mask under it.

“You!” Leo yelled, “I should have known, now where is Catwoman?”

Wolf Woman stared at him, silent.

“If you won’t talk, then you’ll suffer the consequences,” he threatened.

When she still wouldn’t talk, he grabbed her neck and pulled her up off the ground, choking her. For a few seconds she kicked out, trying to get away, but he was much too strong for her. After seeing that she couldn’t get away, she stopped, thinking that this was the end. She was prepared to die, but she wished that death wouldn’t have come so soon.

Wolf Woman could feel her breath leaving her and she closed her eyes, but then she remembered her last weapon. With her eyes still closed, she jabbed Leo with her Catwoman claws. He let go and Wolf Woman dropped to the ground and laid there, weakened by the choking, but when she finally got up, she saw Leo lying on the ground with a pool of blood around him. She ran up to him, checked his pulse, and even though he was her worst enemy, a tear rolled down her cheek.

Leo, her one-time friend, was dead.

She didn’t have a lot of time to cry, though, for from her post the Leopard saw what happened and she rushed over. After seeing her, Wolf Woman quickly put the Catwoman mask back on.

After seeing Leo on the ground dead, the Leopard hissed, “Catwoman, you will pay for this!” (For the Leopard didn’t know that it was really Wolf Woman) She lunged at Wolf Woman, who quickly jumped out of the way.

In a great mess of fur and claws, Wolf Woman and Leopard fought. Leopard struck out with her claws, Wolf Woman dodged then went for Leopard’s legs with her own; Leopard jumped back a little too late and got nicked on her left thigh. Wolf Woman moved in for another attack to Leopard’s arm, but Leopard countered the attack, scratching Wolf Woman deep on her left arm.

Wolf Woman cried out in pain while Leopard came close for another strike. Wolf Woman dodged and kicked Leopard’s feet out from under her. The Leopard fell to the ground and Wolf Woman jumped at her. Leopard reached out her hands, claws extended, about to plunge through Wolf Woman’s chest. Wolf Woman had a split second to get away from the deadly, sword-like claws.

She turned the top of her body away from the deadly weapons, protecting the most vulnerable parts of her body. Leopard’s claws caught Wolf Woman’s leg, leaving a deep mark. Wolf Woman, though in pain, rolled away from Leopard, who came towards her.

Leopard was next to Wolf Woman, about to jab and kill her. Then, before she could jab, she fell off to Wolf Woman’s side, tackled by Grey Wolf.

Grey Wolf drew his claws and jabbed at Leopard’s arm, but before they hit flesh, the Leopard kicked him off. Then she got up and ran, for the fight had tired her out and Grey Wolf’s strength was fresh.

Grey Wolf walked back over to Wolf Woman and helped her up. “Are you alright?” he asked. She nodded weakly. Then Grey Wolf helped her back to TTHQ.

Mar. 3, 2009 - Chapter 1, Part 2 - Entry File: The C.F.M.C.

Wolf Woman looked over at her teammates, White Wolf and Grey Wolf. “It’s been a long time since we visited this place,” she commented.

“Yeah, I know,” said White Wolf. She walked over to the wall and put her hand on it. “Ever since we joined the Titans, we’ve basically abandoned it.”

Grey Wolf nodded, “Yeah, I kind of miss it. But TTHQ has such better tech than the old Wolf Den. Plus; it’s much quieter here than it is at HQ.”

“But that’s sometimes a good thing,” White Wolf pointed out.

“Yeah,” Wolf Woman said. “Just like old times. We’ve really grown since then, haven’t we?”

White Wolf nodded, “I remember how we started. When Nicole got kidnapped, remember?”

“How could I forget?” Grey Wolf exclaimed. “She is my girlfriend.”

“We started with patched up bullet-proof vests, some tranquilizer darts and arrows, a few communicators, and a whole lot of prayer.” Wolf Woman said.

“And now we have Wolf Suits, a bunch of cool gadgets, and we’re a part of the Teen Titans!” Grey Wolf said. “We’ve sure come a long way.”

“No kidding!” White Wolf exclaimed. “We were just normal teenagers and then in one month everything changed. Now we’ve saved the world from alien invasion-”

“-Been to another world and helped to bring Raven to Jesus-” Wolf Woman put in.

“-Acquired quite a few enemies and whooped ’em numerous times-” Grey Wolf added.

“-Stopped uncountable robberies…” White Wolf said, “I think that we’ve done pretty well.”

“And there will be more stuff coming our way for a long time, I’d wager.” Wolf Woman said. Just then, the Wolf Computer robbery alert came on. “See?”

White Wolf went over to the computer and read what it said aloud, “There’s a robbery going on at a restaurant in Woodsville. It’s not too far from here, let’s go.”

“I’ll call Robin to make sure that no one else is coming,” Grey Wolf said. Once he’d done that, the Pack got on their Wolf Boards and zoomed off in the direction of Woodsville.

Once they got there, White Wolf and Wolf Woman went around to the back of the building and came in through the kitchen door. Grey Wolf came in through the front, which drew the robbers’ attention to him.

The four robbers all aimed their guns at his chest and fired, but Grey Wolf turned into a wolf, making himself shorter. All of the bullets missed.

Right after the shots were fired, the girls came out of the kitchen and kicked the guns out of two of the robbers’ hands. Then they both quickly hit the two robbers on the back of their heads, knocking them unconscious.

Grey Wolf, still as a wolf, charged at the two robbers left standing. One of them got the chance to shoot again, but missed. The other one was not quick enough and was bit on the leg by the Wolf. The robber cried out in pain.

White Wolf jumped over Grey Wolf and kicked the gun out of the only standing robber’s hands. He quickly surrendered, as did the guy who got bit. He passed his gun to Wolf Woman. She, in turn, grabbed a cloth napkin off the table next to her and wrapped it around his leg to help stop the bleeding.

Just then the police ran into the room. “It’s all right officer,” Wolf Woman said, “As you can see, the situation has been handled.” She and White Wolf passed one of the officers all four of the guns.

“Thank-you, Wolf Pack.”

Grey Wolf turned back into a human. “No prob’.”

The three Wolves walked outside. Wolf Woman had grabbed another napkin on her way out and she dabbed Grey Wolf’s lips with it. “That’s really quite nasty, you know.” she said, wiping the blood off.

Grey Wolf turned and spit into the bushes. Then he grabbed the napkin and got all of the blood off his teeth. “Well, it had to be done.”

“I’m not saying that it didn’t. I’m just saying I’m glad that I didn’t have to!” Wolf Woman joked.

“Ha-ha.”

The Wolf Pack then went to TTHQ. Once they got there, Wolf Woman volunteered to log what had happened for them, so she went to her room while White Wolf and Grey Wolf walked around and talked with other Titans.

Once she got to her room she closed the door and flopped down on the bed. Felicia (who sometimes stayed at TTHQ instead of her actual home in Wolvesville) jumped up onto the bed and lied down next to Wolf Woman, purring softly as if asking to be petted. As Wolf Woman stroked Felicia’s soft, silky fur, someone knocked on the door.

“Who is it?” she called out.

“Falconess.” was the reply.

“Come in.”

Falconess opened the door and came in with some measuring tape. “Do you mind if I measure you? It’ll only take a minute.”

“Um, okay.” Wolf Woman said a little confused.

Falconess quickly measured her height and various parts of her body. “All right. Thank-you.”

“Umm, do you mind my asking why you just did that?”

“You’ll find out soon enough. Listen for a call on your radio.” And with that, Falconess turned to leave the room. But before she could get to the door she felt something tapping her right wing.

Falconess looked down at a confused, yet innocent-looking kitten. Wolf Woman could almost hear Felicia saying, “I thought only birds had wings.”

Falconess smiled and petted the kitten. Then she left.

“Well, Felicia,” Wolf Woman said aloud, “That was weird.”

The kitten still looked confused. “Falconess is just an exception, Felicia,” Wolf Woman told her cat, “She’s still a person, just with wings. So don’t try to eat her!”

Felicia meowed innocently, and Wolf Woman giggled, “No, of course you wouldn’t. I’m just making sure that you know.

“I wonder what her visit was all about, though. I mean it’s not every day that one of your good friends comes in, measures you, and then doesn’t say to chat.”

Felicia meowed and rubbed up against Wolf Woman.

While she waited for the call on her radio, Wolf Woman worked on the file for the restaurant robbery. Felicia jumped up onto her lap, making it hard for her to type. It took Wolf Woman about fifteen minutes to get her mission file done, and when she was done she just sat there stroking Felicia’s fur for almost another fifteen minutes; then her radio finally beeped.

“Wolf Woman here,” she said, “Go ahead.”

“Wolf Woman,” she heard Robin say, “I know that you just came back from one, but you have another mission. Meet me in the briefing room.”

“Will do Robin.” Wolf Woman turned off her radio, “I need to go, Felicia.” She said to the sleeping kitten. She carefully picked her up off her lap and set her down on the bed. Felicia looked up at her, almost seeming hurt that Wolf Woman would do that, “Sorry, Felicia, I have to go. I’ll see you later.”

It took her less than a minute to get to the briefing room. “Hey Robin,” Wolf Woman said as she walked in.

“Hi, ready to hear about your mission?”

“Yep.”

“Okay then, pull up a chair and sit down.”

She did as he said; then Robin told her, “Catwoman was sent out on a mission a few days ago to rescue Plastic Man. It took her a couple of days to find the hide out, but when she finally found it and got Plastic Man out they triggered an alarm. Plas got away, but now Catwoman is the Legion’s captive. We got through to her radio for a few minutes before the Legion of Doom jammed us. The Legion couldn’t hear anything being said but they could tell that a radio was being used. But during the time that we were still able to communicate with her, we made a plan to get her out.

“The plan is this: Someone will be disguised as Catwoman and get the Legion to think that she has escaped. Catwoman has assured us that should they check the jail they won’t be able to find her. I’m not entirely sure how she’ll do it, but they won’t be able to find her. Then, hopefully, the Legion will be so busy trying to capture the fake Catwoman that we can get the real one out.”

“Oh, and so the measurements Falconess took were for-”

“You have been chosen to be the fake Catwoman, Wolf Woman. You’re about the same height and size as she is, and plus you’re blond like her. Hopefully the Legion won’t be able to tell the difference. But you’ll need to go through hard training; the Legion of Doom is not easily fooled.”

“I’m ready!” she said, “How much time do I have for training?”

“Two days,” Robin replied. “I know it’s not very long, but we need to be quick about getting her out. The two days that I’m giving you are the maximum amount of time that we have.”

“Then I’d better get started!”

So they left the room and headed for the training room.

Feb. 24, 2009 - Chapter 1, Part 1 - Entry File: The C.F.M.C.

Well, here you guys go. As promised, here's the first post from "The C.F.M.C."!

Chapter 1
Catwoman

Mon, Sept 18th, 2056

Julia Wolfe happily walked down the road towards her home in Wolvesville. In her arms she was carrying a small, furry bundle. She had saved her money for a long time to buy and take care of this “small, furry bundle”. Snuggled in her arms was a young black and white feline.

“I wonder what I should name you.” Julia said to the kitten, “Fluffy? No, too common. My Mom once had a cat named Killer. No, a sweet kitten like you shouldn’t be named that.”

As Julia was nearing her house, she still hadn’t thought of a name, “Spot? Kitty? Annie? Sweetie-Pumpkin-Poo-Pie? Maybe something exotic like... Aurora? Felicia?”

Just then, the kitten meowed, “You like Felicia?” Julia asked the cat, “Okay Felicia, we’re home.”

She got out her house keys and unlocked the door, “Mom, Dad, I’m home, or should I say, ‘We’re home’?”

Her parents and sister came out and admired Felicia, who seemed to love the attention. “Julia,” her Mom said, “Take the kitten into the bathroom and show her where the food and litter box are.”

“Okay, Mom.”

Julia walked to the bathroom and set the kitten down near the food dish. Felicia eagerly, yet clumsily, ran to the food dish and ate some of the cat food. Cassie came over and watched the newest member of the family.

When Felicia was done eating, Julia picked her up and set her down in the litter-box. After a minute, the kitten used it, and then jumped out. Julia then picked Felicia up and set the kitten down in the bed made out of a blanket and some of Julia’s old clothes. Then she left the room and put the door guard in the doorway so that the kitten couldn’t get out. Then, reluctantly, she walked away to let the kitten sleep.

“She’s so cute, Julia!” Cassandra said.

“I know, she really is,” Julia said, “I’m so glad that I finally got a kitten.”

That night, no one could get to sleep for about an hour. Then, when she could take the kitten’s yowling no longer, Julia grabbed her sleeping bag and slept in front of the door guard and Felicia was quiet for the rest of the night.

“You got a kitten?” White Wolf exclaimed, “That is so cool, you have to let me come over and see it, soon. What does it look like?”

“She is so cute,” replied Wolf Woman (a.k.a. Julia Wolfe). They were in one of the hallways at TTHQ (Teen Titan Head Quarters). “She’s black and white, with the sweetest brown eyes. Her name is Felicia.”

“Felicia,” White Wolf repeated, “That’s a nice name.”

“I thought so too. Well, I need to get to my computer work; you’d think that this job was only action. See ya!”

“Bye, Wolf Woman. Oh wait!”

She turned around, “Yes?”

"
Once you get to your room can you change into something else?”

“Why?”

“I need your suit for a few minutes; I’ve been working on something that I want to try out.”

“Umm, okay.”

The two of them walked to Wolf Woman’s room. She quickly changed into normal clothes and gave White Wolf her suit.

“Thanks, I’ll be right back.”

Wolf Woman sat down at her computer. As she had said to White Wolf, being a Superhero wasn’t all action as you might think. The Super Friends liked to keep detailed files on every mission they’d done. Wolf Woman had done one a few days ago and she hadn’t made a file on it yet, so that’s what she worked on. Or at least, she tried to. As she worked, Wolf Woman’s mind kept straying to the newest member of the family.

Is she okay back at home? Should I have stayed there with her for the first day? Did Mom remember to make sure that she has plenty of water?

“I can’t work like this!” she decided aloud and she pushed her chair back away from the computer. “Do I dare go back and bring her here, another strange place, after she just got home? No, I shouldn’t. I’ll go see what my friends are doing, and hopefully I’ll get my mind off of her.”

She stood up and was about to leave the room when there was a knock on her door. “Who is it?”

“White Wolf.”

“Come in.”

White Wolf walked in, “I’m done.”

“So where’s my suit?” she asked, noticing that her friend wasn’t carrying it.

“In my room. I want you to say something.”

“Something.”

White Wolf rolled her eyes as she pulled out a small recording device.

“Sorry. What do you want me to say?”

“Cap flow.”

“Huh?”

“Say cap flow!”

“Umm, okay? Cap-”

“Into the recorder, please.” White Wolf put it close to Julia’s mouth.

“Cap flow.”

“All right,” White Wolf pushed a couple of buttons on the device. “Now, say it again, without the recorder.”

“Cap flow.” Instantly, Julia’s Wolf suit was on her. “Whoa, how’d that happen?”

“It’s something I’ve been working on for months now. Say it again.”

“Cap flow.” Then the suit was off. “Too cool!”

“Yep, I thought it would help us be a lot faster if we didn’t have to change every time we needed to be our alter-egos!”

“This will definitely help! Are you going to do this for other Titans?”

White Wolf nodded her head, “That’s my plan, anyways.”

“So, why did you choose those words?”

“Cap is spelled k-c-a-p. Can you guess now?”

Wolf Woman thought for a few seconds, “Oh! It’s Wolf Pack spelled backwards!”

“Exactly. Now I have to go find Grey Wolf and fix his suit, so I’ll see you later!”

“Okay, bye!”

She tried talking with friends for half an hour, but she still was totally distracted by her cat so she finally decided to go home for the day. She’d try again tomorrow, and she could work on the mission file at home anyway.

It didn’t work, so for the next couple of days she stayed at home, playing with her cat and watching in wonder how cats act. They’re so graceful and agile, it’s amazing! I can see why a lot of Heroes and Villains use cat-like names.

On Thursday, Julia took Felicia to HQ with her. Felicia had to stay in Julia’s quarters, but it gave her a chance to finally get her computer work done.

Fri, Sept 22nd, 2056

Catwoman crept silently along the roof of the Legion of Doom’s hideout; or one of them, anyway. Her mission was to rescue Plastic Man from the Legion’s prison.

From the small amount of information Plas had told them before his radio transmission was cut off, she was right above the cell he was being kept in. She drew her claws and carefully cut a hole in the roof. She hissed quietly when she accidentally dropped the chunk of roof and it hit the floor of the cell, making a loud noise.

Great, I’d better hurry before someone sounds the alarm and gets both of us!

She looked through the hole and surveyed the cell. It was basically a solid steel cube with a single door in it, which was lined with laser beams to keep him from slipping through the cracks.

There was a slightly raised spot on the floor in the shape of a rectangle, which served as a very uncomfortable bed. Plastic Man was sitting on the bed and looking up at Catwoman.

“Finally!”

“Is the word ‘gratitude’ in your vocabulary?” Catwoman asked sarcastically while lowering a rope for him.

“I’ll be grateful when you get me out of here.”

“Then grab on.”

Plastic Man grabbed the rope and Catwoman pulled him out. “Now let’s get out of here!” Plastic Man started running.

“No, wait!”

But it was too late; Plastic Man tripped one of the many alarms on the roof that Catwoman had worked hard to avoid. A few members of the Legion ran outside and saw them. They started climbing up to the roof.

“Now what?” Plastic Man asked.

“RUN!”
