Amber woke up.
“What are you doing out here?”
“What does it look like I’m doing; I’m going to the Palace, duh.” Amber said yawning.
“Then let’s go it’s just over there.” Ryan said pointing over to a hill.
“What’s this talk about going somewhere?” Mitch asked walking out of cave inn scratching the back of his head, tiredly.
“Well my friend we are going to the Palace” Amber said grabbing his arm know that he will say something so they won’t go, then gave him the sweetest/can we go, face she has ever given anybody.
“Ok I’m up for that.” Barron said looking at Mitch with big puppy eyes as well.
“Don’t look at me like that you know it makes my tummy hurt” Mitch said rubbing his belly like a little three year old.
And all of them were silent for like 5 seconds then they all started laughing.
“Ok let’s get our stuff and then let’s go, ok?” Mitch said because he knows that Amber, Emily would beg to go and he’ll say yes any which way it goes.

“When is there going to be light?” Deepali, Emily and Amber asked at the same time
“Why don’t we stop here for awhile and rest till the sun comes up ok” Ryan suggested
While plopping down on the ground before Amber who decided to lay with him and them Emily came and then Deepali came then Barron then Mitch decided to come saying:
“Now I know I’m going crazy!” but he still lay down.
“I’m hungry” Mitch said clearly wanting some breakfast.
“Yea me to” Amber said taking a bite from her apple, that she snuck into her bag.
“Umm…….Hey Ryan where do you think some food is?” Deepali asked looking at Amber eating her apple.
“Ummm, maybe.” He walks to a big rock and looked.
“This is gonna be good.” Barron whispered to Mitch, while nudging his arm.
“Oh yea” Mitch said back.
What do you think Mitch and Barron are talking about?” Deepali asked as they noticed that Barron and Mitch were talking about something secretly
“I don’t really know?” Amber said as Ryan was walking back.
“Ok let’s go.” Ryan said picking his bag back up.

Saturday, September 19, 2009 - Our World and Theirs part # 8
“So who are you again?” the man asked taking a small step closer.
“I am Amber Leann Duren Best friends to Deepali Western, Emily Keith, Barron, Mitch and Ryan who with all of the strength you can muster up will always beat you at anything you can do no matter what!” Amber said standing taller then ever before.
“Ok my turn: My name is Thoth Colfra and my friends are magic and weapons
And my friends will beat your friends in anything we do!” Thoth said looking strait into Amber eyes.
Amber started to say something that would make Thoth very mad and leave but before she started to say something but Thoth whispered something to her.
Then Amber didn’t look as sound as she did before, she looked like she was about to cry then Thoth whisper something again but Ryan said:
“Don’t listen to him Amber you know your stronger then him”
Then Amber looked more confident then ever that Thoth gave Ryan an evil look and said something to Amber.
Then Amber took a step back backwards.
“Are you ok Amber?” Ryan asked, but Amber spaced out.
“He has gotten stronger and you know it” Mitch said bringing a cup of water to Ryan.
Back at Cave Inn Amber told Ryan that she was tired and wanted to take a nap.

Thursday, September 10, 2009 - Our World and Theirs # 7
“Otay” Amber said in her little sis voice.
“Amber will you ever stop that voice!” Deepali said suddenly remembering that Ryan might be back by now.
“Ok then moving on” Amber said jumping off the rock.
“Hey I’m going to gat a drink from the river.” Emily said before she started walking towards the river.
“Ok don’t take long ok we need to start heading back before Ryan knows we’re gone” Deepali replied before Emily left.

Once Emily got to the river she heard the bush next to her rustle she didn’t pay much attention to it because she thought that it was Amber or Deepali, then a strange man showed up behind the bush like magic because he wasn’t there before.
“What do you want?” Emily said looking at his weird clothes.
“We could meet up with Emily at the river then we all go back to Cave Inn?” Deepali suggested.
“Ok I bet you two apples that I’ll get there first” Amber said to Deepali.
“Oh you’re on!” Deepali said as the two was running down the hill, as they were running they met up with Ryan whose was looking for them.
“Where have you’ve been I’ve been looking for you every where” Ryan said looking worried.
“Well we were racing down to the river want to join?” Amber asked happily.
“Ok but if I win umm…..you have to hug Mitch and Barron got it!” Ryan said running ahead.
But Amber who was good at racing (well at least faster than Deepali) got ahead and came to a sudden stop once she saw Emily and a strange guy.
“What is it?” Ryan asked coming behind Amber bumping into her.
“What do you think they’re doing!?” Amber said once the strange man grabbed Emily’s hand and Emily clearly didn’t want him to.
“And who are you?” the strange man asked.
“I asked you first, now what do you think you are doing?” Amber asked getting even closer knowing that Ryan would be furious.
“Hmm….do you know who you are talking to little girl” the strange man answered changing the subject.
“No, and I don’t care, now answer my question, and for the record I’m not a little girl!” Amber replied getting really mad at him while Ryan and Deepali snuck behind him.
“Do you think I’m stupid!” the man said turning around.
“Run Emily!” Amber whispered in Emily’s ear.
And Emily ran to get Barron and Mitch.
“Where did she go!” the man asked when he realized that Emily was gone.
“I don’t know what you are talking about?” Amber said acting as if Emily was never there.
“Oh you know what I’m talking about!” The man replied.
“What are we talking about” Amber said knowing that it will confuse him.
“I was talking about the girl will get me that boy” he said pointing to Ryan.
“And his little friends to come with me to my palace to help me take over the world!” The strange man said realizing that Amber had tricked him into answering the first question she asked.
“Oh you’re good” He said while Amber looked happy with her self.
“I know!” Amber replied.
“What is he doing here!?” Mitch asked Ryan when he came with Emily and Barron.
“There she is!” he said pointing to Emily who was hiding in a bush.
“RUN EMILY, RUN!” Amber yelled when the strange man went to grab her arm
“Will you be quiet!” the strange man said after Amber got done yelling to Emily.
Emily and Deepali with Barron ran back to the cave as fast as there feet would run.
While Amber, Mitch and Ryan stayed trying to get him to go back.
“Ok Ryan, Mitch are we going to fight or are you going to let this girl talk me away”
Amber’s cheeks got really red and of course Ryan saw this and was amazed at how mad she got.
“Hey who do you think you are dummy head?” Amber said walking right into his face.
Ryan and Mitch was surprised and scared but yet proud at her for standing up to this man.
“Oh really!” the man said who was just the same height as Amber was looking strait into her eyes which were still mad.
“Oh yeah for One, where do you get off telling us what to do, number Two, I am 16 years old, where do you get the idea to call me a ‘little girl’” Amber said really mad now.

Sunday, September 6, 2009 - Our World and Theirs part # 6
“Ok, Ok, I’m up…” Amber said getting up lazily
“Oh and Ryan…”
“What?” Ryan replied.
“Don’t wake me up like that again. ”Amber said.

“Hey we found a little stream just beyond that huge tree right there” Emily said pointing to a huge tree when they came back with Deepali
“Ok I’ll go there in a minute let me finish getting my stuff together” Amber said getting her bag.
“You know what gonna happen next?” Emily asked Deepali in a whispered.
Yep…Amber is going to get annoyed because of something…or someone.” Deepali whispered back.
“What are you two talking about?” Ryan asked when he realized that they were whispering.
“Hey look over there what’s that?” Deepali said grabbing Emily hand and pulling her away to get out of replying back to Ryan.
“Ok, whatever” Ryan said walking to get some water.
Ryan (who though that he was going in the opposite of Amber’s direction) was going towards the stream that Emily and Deepali found.
“Hmmmmm..…” Ryan said looking for a good spot for water.
“We need more apples and fruit!” Emily said holding the last apple
“OK then I think I’ll go get some.” Deepali said looking at the last apple.
“YES go get more food!” Emily said as if she was starving.
“Hmmm……” Ryan said again still looking.
Then he saw a girl washing her hair.
He though “…..She looks like Amber?.....” he looked closer
“It is” Ryan said out loud and not realizing it until Amber stood up, with soaking wet hair, and saw Ryan who tripped on a root of a tree and fell in the deepest part of the stream (Which is really a river not a stream)
Amber ran to help Ryan get out of the river.
“Are you ok?” Amber said after pulling Ryan out of the river.
She noticed that he wasn’t breathing so she opened his mouth a put her ear up to his mouth to hear if he was breathing she started to hit his chest (not knowing what to do)
Then he coughed up water and it all went on Amber’s face.
“Thanks” Amber said hearing a branch break from behind some bushes.
“Emily, Deepali?” Amber said helping Ryan up.
“You saved me” Ryan said when he could speak.
“Yeah I guess I did?” Amber said realizing what had happened.
“Thank you” Ryan said standing up, looking at his soaking wet clothes.
“Your welcome” Amber said giving him a towel she had brought.
“Oh I guess I……Ummm…..interrupted……sorry.”
“No problem….I was finished” Amber said embarrassed.
When Amber got her stuff together, and as they were walking back,
“Before did you hear and branch break, or anything odd?” Amber asked thinking that Ryan thought that she was crazy.
“Not really” Ryan replied simply and calmly.
Then the two started to walk back to their little camp to start heading off to the
“Where have you guys been it’s already 7: 30 we need to go!” Emily said then she stopped.
”Ryan why are you soaking wet?” Deepali asked realizing that He was soaking wet.
Emily had this silly smile on her face and Deepali had this very confused look.
“Come on I’ll tell you if you don’t get any ideas” Amber said walking with Ryan besides her wondering what she meant.

“And that is why Ryan is wet” Amber said after she finished telling them what just happened.
“So you saved Ryan’s live?” Deepali asked with another confused look on her face.
“Come on we need to get going” Ryan said giving Amber and Emily a hand to help her up from her sitting positions.
When walking it was always Amber and Ryan were walking next to each other talking about anything and Deepali and Emily were walking next to each other talking about how Ryan and Amber look good together and if Ryan liked Amber or if Amber liked Ryan.
“So if my best friend is a hero does that make me a side-kick?” Emily asked interrupting Ryan in the middle of his sentence.
“I don’t think so.” Amber replied thinking Emily wanted to be a side-kick.
“Hey what’s that?” Deepali said pointing to what seams to be a cave.
“I don’t know lets find out” Ryan said running to the cave
“Hey it is a cave!” Emily said.
“Wow Emily I didn’t know that!” Amber said with a laugh
“Its
“Ok we’ve been walking all day……..my feet hurt” Amber said sitting next to Emily
“Mine do to” Deepali said sitting next to Amber.
“Ok I guess were staying.” Ryan said putting his bag down
“I’m taking a nap don’t wake me until 4:00” Deepali said lying down.
“So we need more food, who will go with me to go find more?” Ryan asked after all of them took a nap
“I’ll go if it means that the first apple we find I get to eat it” Emily said putting on her shoes.
“Ok Emily how about the first apple YOU find you get to eat” Ryan said helping Deepali and Amber up from their napping places.
“Ok it’s better than nothing” Emily said next to Ryan giving him the evil glare
“Emily! You are not going to murder him you got that!” Amber said interrupting her plans for murder.
“Oh but just this once please!” Emily said begging on her knees.
“No you can not murder him!” Deepali said also whispering in Emily’s ear:
“Because it is Amber boyfriend how do you think she will feel” she said looking as sweet as could be at Amber.
“I know that look and he is soooooo not!” Amber said now mad at them.
After that the four went to look in the forest area partly to get food and partly to explore.
“How do you live with these girls?” Ryan said when Deepali and Emily went off exploring.
“I don’t know? I guess because well we have been best friends for a while” Amber said looking in to Ryan’s sweet brown eyes.
“AMBER
Then stopped because Amber not only hit her in the side with an acorn but also gave her an evil stare.
“What was that about?” Ryan said picking a lot of apples from an apple tree he found handing the one’s he picked to Amber.
“You don’t want to know….so are we close to Solandia yet I think the palace is like a mile and a half from here” Amber said taking a bite from an apple.
“How did you get so good at tracking and stuff” Ryan said looking into Amber’s soft browns eyes.
“Good you found apples!” Emily said coming from behind picking 3 apples from the tree.
“So how long have you been pigging out on apples?” Deepali said taking one from Emily’s stash.
“Oh like 10 minutes or so” Ryan said not know what she was really asking
“Nothing happened Deepali.” Amber said to Deepali realizing that Ryan was really paying attention.
“What are you talking about?” Ryan asked with a very confused look on his face.
“Nothing!” Amber said in a hurry taking another bite from her apple.
After talking for a while Amber went to go get her bag which was still a little ways from the cave, on her way back to the cave, she heard a rustling noise from a bush that was next to her.
“Deepali…Emily…Ryan?” Amber asked thinking they were playing a very bad trick on her.
“Hello is anybody here?” Amber said a little afraid.
“This isn’t funny!” Amber said with fright in her voice.
Then a man walked out of the bushes with a sword.
“Your right this isn’t funny” the strange man said taking a step closer.
“
“RYAN, HELP RYAN! She yelled again as loud as she could
Then she could feel a cold blade on her throat then she couldn’t run anymore all she said before Ryan came was:
“Ryan?!”
Then things went down hill from there, Amber was awake only to see Ryan say
“Let go of her!” With a sword in his hand.
Then Amber was knocked out by the strange man before he said: She is an enemy Ryan she…they all can’t be trusted!”
Then the strange man dropped Amber.
And Ryan and the strange man fought very bravely for Amber, Emily and Deepali.
But of course Ryan won the bravely fought battle once the battle was over the strange man knelled and said:
“I have been not trust worthy and have fought you, and lost, I am not worthy”
Then the strange man stood.
Ryan nodded his head then ran to where Amber was laying.
“What happened here?” Deepali and Emily said running out of breath.
“And who are you?” Emily asked the strange man.
“My name is Mitch” Mitch said bowing to them.
“Hello there Umm Mitch what did you do I heard somebody scream…. Is that Ryan?” Another strange man asked looking at Ryan trying to wake up Amber.
“They are friends” Mitch said gesturing him to the girls to bow.
“Hello ladies” the strange man said bowing to them
“And your name is?” Deepali asked.
“Barron my name is Barron” Barron said looking at Emily.
Then Barron and Mitch turned their attention back to Amber when Ryan said:
“Come on Amber wake up” to Amber franticly.
“You must have hit her pretty hard if she hasn’t waked up yet” Barron said thinking that Ryan had hit her.
“I didn’t hit her” Ryan said looking at Mitch who had a guilty look on his face.
“We need to get her to the cave before it gets dark” Ryan said picking Amber up
“Ok” Deepali said picking up Amber’s bag to follow.
“You can come if you want?” Emily said to Barron and Mitch.
“Thank you” they both said, then all of them followed Ryan holding Amber.
Once they all got back to the cave Ryan never left Amber’s side and Mitch just sat on the other side.

“Is she ok?” Deepali asked Ryan the next morning.
“Is Emily awake yet?” Ryan said trying to change the subject.
“Is Amber, my best friend ok?” Deepali asked another time in a more serious tone.
“She should be” Ryan said felling guilty.
“You know it’s not your fault Ryan” Emily said turning over in her little bed.
“Yes it is.” Ryan said hitting the floor with his strong hands.
“No it’s not Ryan no matter what you could have done, it’s not your fault” Deepali said holding Amber’s hand.
Then Amber groaned and turned her head towards Ryan.
“Hmm what happened?” Amber said trying to sit up.
“No don’t try to sit up” Ryan said pushing her back down on her shoulders.
“Who is that?” Amber said after rubbing the spot on her head where Mitch had hit her with the back of his sword.
“Amber this is Mitch and Barron they are my friends” Ryan said nodding to them.
“Nice to meet you Mitch and Barron “Amber said still a little foggy.
“Ryan why don’t you take Mitch and Barron and…Ummm….do something” Deepali said taking Ryan’s spot next to Amber.
“Yeah you need the fresh air” Emily said pushing Barron out.
“Ok let’s go” Ryan said to Barron and Mitch who walked out of the cave
“How do you feel?” Emily asked once the boys where gone.
“I need a drink of water my throat is really dry” Amber said feeling better now that she was awake.
“Ok I think I can get you a drink of water” Deepali said going to get Amber a drink from the stream/river.
“What really happened” Amber said to Emily not knowing anything till she was knocked out by Mitch.
“Well you remember things up till you got knocked out don’t you?” Emily asked
“Yeah” Amber replayed
“Ok here is your drink of water is there anything else to make you stay here at Cave Inn better?” Deepali said while Emily and Amber were laughing at her.
“Are you laughing at me?” Deepali said putting her hands on her hips.
“No we are laughing with you” Amber said pointing out that she was laughing to
“OK let’s reenact the fight scene between Ryan and Mitch so Amber knows what Happened.” Emily said knowing it would be fun
And Deepali and Emily did the reenactment of the fight scene and all the jazz you know the rest.
“So Ryan really did that for us?” Amber said when they were done.
“Yea he did” Deepali said sitting down next, out of breathe, to Amber who was sitting up.
“So how is our patience today” Barron said walking in with Mitch and Ryan.
“Doing much better now” Emily said looking at the bruise/very bad cut on the side of Amber’s head.
“Here let me see” Barron said as Ryan and Mitch came into Cave Inn as Deepali has named it.
“Does this hurt?” Barron asked pushing slightly of the side of her head.
“Oh that hurt” Amber said thinking that Barron was a doctor or something.
“Ok that is not so bad” Barron said getting up walking over to tell Ryan and Mitch that it will have to heal and that the cut was very dangerously close to a very needed nerve on the side of her head.
“Does she remember that I did that to her?” Mitch asked looking at his feet.
“Well she hasn’t been really ignoring you” Barron said pointing it out.
“What do you think Ryan?” Barron asked Ryan who was not paying attention.
“It’s my entire fault you guys, it never should have happened.” Ryan said to Barron and Mitch still looking at Amber who was laughing at something Emily was doing and/or saying.
“Deepali, Emily come here please” Barron said to Deepali and Emily.
“What is it?” Deepali asked
“Ok do you think that Amber remembers that Mitch here did this to her?” Ryan asked finally looking at the people he was talking to.
“No she doesn’t, we asked but she doesn’t remember your face she says that is was to dark in the trees where her bag was yesterday” Emily said with a worried look on her face.
“What is this about?” Deepali asked as if she that was being asked by a police man.
“Does she have memory lose” Emily said with an even more worried look on her face.
“No…it was to close of a memory for her to keep till Mitch knocked her out”
Barron answered confusing Emily and Deepali.
“We should keep it that way it would break her heart to know that one of her friends would do that to her” Ryan said before he walked over to Amber.
“So how are you feeling?” Ryan asked Amber who was feeling better.
“Better than when I woke up that‘s for sure” Amber said taking a sip of her water.
“Here let me see your wound” Ryan said tilting her head to the light.
“Don’t worry it’s just a scratch” Amber said with a smile.
“Yeah it’s nothing all right” Ryan replayed with a laugh.
“No really is it that bad?” Amber asked seriously.
“Not if it heals properly” Ryan said looking into her eyes.
“Hey” Mitch said coming over to Amber.
“Here I cut up an apple for you to eat” Mitch said handing Amber an apple cut into little slices nervously.
“Thank- you.” Amber said taking a bite from the apple he gave her.
“Ok.” Mitch said in a hurry to change the subject.
then next morning Deepali and Emily thought Amber needed some fresh air and Amber agreed so they waited until it was bright enough to see through the dense part of the forest then making sure that Barron and Mitch knew where they were because Ryan would say no right away.
“It is really pretty out here” Amber said sitting on a rock.
“Ok I guess” Emily said leaning on the same rock as Amber.

Sunday, August 30, 2009 - Our Worlds and Theirs # 5
“Ok Ryan here is a mirror to get back here to put the girls back in there spot ok” Bonnie said giving Ryan a hand mirror
“Why can’t we use my mirror?” Amber asked trying to figure this mirror thing out.
“Ok let’s go” Ryan said interrupting on purpose.
“Ok” Amber said seeing the look in Ryan’s face saying “Don’t go there”.
“Yeah Amber let’s go I’m getting tired of waiting around at three in the morning!” Emily said thinking the neighbors are awake because of them.
“Ok, OK” Deepali said walking in front of the group.
“What are you doing Deepali?” Amber and Emily asked looking at Deepali holding her hands out like an airplane
“I’m getting ready to go!” Deepali said turning around.
Trying to hold their laughter Amber, Ryan and Emily say:
“That is so NOT how we are going to get there!”
Then they started to laugh and laugh and laugh until their sides hurt.
“What is so funny isn’t this the way to get there?” Deepali asked.
“Umm unless the Queen found out a new way to get there that’s not going to work” Ryan said trying to stop laughing.
“Ok, can we please get going before the neighbors wake up and think we are crazy for playing around at 3 o’clock in the morning!” Emily said giving Deepali her bag.
“OK, ok let’s get going…. Ryan show us the way please” Amber said pointing to the little hand mirror that Ryan was holding.
“Ok will all of you please hold hands and not be an airplane…” Ryan said grabbing Amber’s hand
“Hey that’s not funny” Deepali said to Ryan’s last comment as Emily and Amber giggled
“Ok we have to be serous now ok or I’ll get it wrong now grab each other’s hand“ Ryan said dropping the hand mirror in the middle of the little circle.
After Ryan dropped the mirror and the three girls quieted down Ryan consertraided on what ever he consertraided on then the four found them self’s in a little forest all of them still in their little circle, Emily and Deepali let go of their hands but Ryan and Amber didn’t but when Amber realizing that they were still holding hands let go.
“Look at how beautiful this place is” Amber said putting down her bag and ran to Emily and Deepali who were already exploring.
“Hey Ryan how come it is getting dark here but when we left it was still early in the morning?” Amber asked Ryan who was making a landmark of some sorts
“The time lap that’s why” Ryan said handing Amber her bag, that she dropped.

“I don’t want another apple I’m stuffed” Emily said after finishing her fifth apple.
“Good because I’m not going to give you one” Amber said finishing her second apple.
“Why don’t you two get your stuff ready to go to bed and me and Amber will go get more fire wood” Ryan said getting up to hand Amber a hand to help her up
“Ok” Deepali said rolling over and pretending to go to sleep.
“So what did Bonnie say to you when she said ‘I’m going to tell you how to act around the girls’” Amber said walking along Ryan hold two little twigs
“Oh nothing that to do with you...so why did you want to come her so much?” Ryan asked trying to keep the conversation going
“Oh, umm... did bonnie say anything to you about that?” Amber asked with a shy smile
“No…why?” Ryan asked thinking it was important.
“Nope, nothing that has to do with you” Amber said with a little giggle
“Ok I think we have enough firer wood for now” Ryan said turning around.
“So what happened?” Deepali and Emily asked after Ryan fell asleep.
“Nothing happened we just talked” Amber said getting in to her little makeshift bed
“Then what did you talk about?” Emily asked hoping for something.
“We didn’t really talk anyway” Amber replied really tired.
“Well you didn’t come back with much firewood either” Deepali said pointing to the little pile of fire wood.
“I am telling you nothing happened now go to bed!” Amber said turning over in her little bed to go to bed.

“Wakey, wakey, eggs and bacoy” Ryan said rolling over Emily and Amber then going to roll over Deepali bet she got up just before he did
“Oh no, you are not going to do that to me!” she screamed
“Ok then” Ryan said going to make sure Amber was awake because she rolled over
To go back to sleep.
“I told you to get up sleepy head” Ryan said rolling her back over.
“NO I wouldn’t do that!” Deepali and Emily said but it was too late
“Go away!” Amber said rolling back over.
“What was so bad by doing that?” Ryan asked.
“We told you Ryan you should have listen to us see we are really smarter that we look” Deepali said
“You said that wrong Deepali!” Emily said covering Deepali mouth
“What was so wrong about trying to wake her up?” Ryan asked again.

Saturday, August 22, 2009 - Our Worlds and Theirs part # 4
“Hi, so you are the three we are looking for?” Ryan asked the three surprised girls
“Ryan?” Bonnie asked as is she didn’t want him to say that (they could tell that she didn’t)
“Ok go pack up a small bag to bring with you ok” Bonnie said coming back with Ryan looking guilty of doing something really bad.
“What, where are we going?” Amber asked when Emily and Deepali went to there homes to get there stuff
“I will tell you if you are packing your bag as I do? Bonnie said pointing Amber to her room
“Ok?” Amber said think something is up
“Can I put Emily and Deepali on speakerphone to make sure they get what they need?” Amber asked getting a bag to hold all this stuff in
“Ok” Bonnie replayed.
After Amber got Emily and Deepali on speaker phone to help Bonnie named a list of things to bring (Here is the list).
1, some changes of clothes.
2, Sun screen (and a lot of it).
3, some shoes.
After Amber packed all the stuff she needed into her favorite backpack which has a lot of room still left in it she asked
“Why again are we packing this?” Amber asked
“You’ll see” Bonnie said walking into the kitchen where Emily and Deepali were.
“Did you get every thing you need?” Bonnie asked Emily and Deepali
“Yes” they both replayed
“Eat something” Bonnie ordered
“Ok” Amber said getting a small piece of cake
“So where are we going actually?” Deepali asked
“Where Amber wants to go most” she replayed
“Really!” Amber practically screamed
“Really?” Emily said in shock
“Yes” Bonnie said looking at the dishwasher again.
“What, won’t are mom and dads realize that we are gone?” Amber asked
“You don’t need to worry about that because of the time lap” bonnie said confusing the three
“What ‘Time lap’” Emily asked wondering what is going to happen
“Because you are from this world… well let me put it this way: when I got here it was two in the afternoon in Solandia and her it was two at night get it now?” Bonnie said giving Ryan a note
“In Solandia you Amber and Emily are 16, Deepali you are twenty-one ok don’t forget that” Bonnie said going to Ambers room after getting lost twice
“Ok we won’t….why is it so important?” Deepali asked putting her bag on
“I just told you it’s because of the time lap thing!” Bonnie said in a ‘mad’ tone
“Why are we like three years older?” Amber asked thinking it is so cool to be 16
“I just told you the, time lap!!” Bonnie said yelling
“Hide, Amber’s mom is coming!” Emily said getting all there things and putting it in the hall closet.
“Oh no, Bonnie you need to hide!” Deepali said pushing Bonnie it to the hall closet with there stuff in it
“Ryan come with me…Deepali, Emily cover for me ok?” Amber said in a soft whisper
“What should we say?” Deepali said in another sift whisper
“I don’t know say I’m in the bathroom or something just don’t let my mom know about Bonnie or Ryan ok!” Amber said taking Ryan (Because there was clearly no room in the hall closet) to her bathroom
“Hello girls…where is Amber?’” Amber’s mom asked getting the aspirin bottle down
“Umm…”Emily stuttered trying to think of something to say to keep their cover
“Umm see went to the….Umm …Bathroom that’s it she went to the bathroom because she …Umm, Umm” Deepali said gesturing to Emily to help
“Oh Umm...Because she has…era….stomach pains that’s it yeah she has horrible stomach pains” Emily said thinking Amber’s mom will leave
“Oh then where is she, there could be something wrong!” Amber’s mom said going towards Amber’s bathroom
“NO!” both Deepali and Emily said grabbing Amber’s mom’s arm to keep her from going into the bathroom
“Girls what is going on here?” She said tugging back her arm
“I’m ok mom I think I should oh not eaten that last piece of cake?” Amber said covering for Deepali and Emily
“Oh ok honey tell me if you need me?” Amber’s mom said going to her room the closing her door.
“Whew!” Both Emily and Deepali said clasping into a kitchen chair
“Ok I am never going let to two lie EVER again, got that!” Amber said coming out of her bathroom after making sure her mom had left.
“Well at least we kept our cover!” Deepali said standing up
“After I saved our butts!” Amber said getting Bonnie out of the closet.
“You girls need help you know this right?” Ryan said coming out of the bathroom
“Yeah we know this we have needed it for a long time” Emily said getting her bag out of the closet.
“Make sure that you have everything you need ok I’m going to tell Ryan her how to act around you” Bonnie said taking Ryan outside.
“Ryan likes you” Deepali said putting on her bag.
“What?” Amber said looking embarrassed.
“Yeah he does” Emily said getting a stick of gum out of her pocket.
“How can you tell?” Amber asked
“He won’t stop starring at you” Deepali said sneaking a bite from a piece of cake that was left from dinner the night before
“Really?” Amber asked.
“Yep he so likes you” Emily said stealing a whole piece in stead of a little sneak
“Ok ready to go?” Bonnie said as the girls walked out laughing their heads off
“Yep we are ALL ready” Deepali and Emily said trying to stop laughing
“Amber? Are you ready” Ryan asked
Amber nodded her head not knowing what to say.
“Ok when you get there thing are not the same as they are here ok” Bonnie said
Trying to say that they are going to a different world
“So there is no computer or cell phones?” Deepali said taking out her cell phone

Thursday, August 20, 2009 - Our Would and Theirs, Part 3
“So what really happened?” Emily said after sitting down in the tree
“Well you know how the first letter says to look in the mirror then open the door and all of that?” she said.
“Yeah” Emily said trying to hurry her up.
“Well with my mirror you can do that and go into another world, I know I want to do it to” Amber said looking happier than before
“And why didn’t Bonnie let you?” Deepali said knowing that Bonnie was coming to the tree very guilty felling
“Because since my Granny is Emreld in the stories she always told me it will ruin the time thingy that’s why” Amber said almost falling out of the tree they were sitting in
“Then why are you so upset?” Emily asked in her sweetest voice she could muster up
“Because Emily, when I was younger and my Granny would tell me that story I wanted to go so bad!” Amber said
“I’m sorry about that” Bonnie said at the trunk of the tree
“How long have you been there?” Amber said looking embarrassed
“Just long enough to hear that last part” Bonnie said
“Ok then you know my secrets take me away!” Amber said putting her hands out as if Bonnie was going to hand-cuff her and taking her to jail
“I have a surprise for you three” Bonnie said pointing them to the back door
“What is it?” Deepali asked as they got closer to the house.
“Here is Ryan he will help you on your travels” Bonnie said as they got inside.

Wednesday, August 19, 2009 - Our World and Theirs part 2!

After getting in her favorite Pajamas that Deepali and Emily got her for her thirteenth birthday, she was looking at her mirror and a letter flew in her window when she went to pick it up and read it Amber’s mom came in and said
“Lights out at
“Ok” Amber replayed.
After her mom had left her room, Amber went to pick up the letter again it read: Look inside the mirror, open the door, and come to Solandia we need you, the key must be found again to bring back Peace in Solandia, The key must be found.

The next day Deepali and Emily came over for Ambers family cook-out and Emily brought a very nice chocolate cake with pink flowers all over it and Deepali’s mom brought a plate of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies which was very good if I may say so my self.
After the party and everybody left Deepali and Emily stayed after asking their mom’s if they could go and get some clothes and other stuff
“So what is this about a letter?” Deepali said putting down her bag in Amber’s room
“Here read it” Amber said handing it over to Deepali and Emily to read
“So have you found out where Solandia is yet?” Emily asked after Amber told her about the letter
“I don’t think it is even real!” Deepali said look at a map “I don’t think so either?” Emily said looking with Deepali.
“Well it might be a city, or a town?” Amber suggested wondering what it might be
“It might be but with what your grandmother wrote it sounded like a country?” Deepali said
“Well ok then we need to look for a country named Solandia that can’t be hard?” Emily said pulling out another map
2 1\2 hours later
“And who said that can’t be hard” Deepali said laying in the floor with Amber and Emily next to her tired from looking at every map in Amber’s house
“Well I didn’t think that this Solandia is not a real county or that some ones grandmother was a crazy, weird, person…. did I mention crazy” Emily replied
“Hey look who’s talking!” Amber said to Emily with a look on her face that said “Don’t you nip with me!”
“Ok stop fighting people” Deepali said standing up
“Ok, ok” Amber said getting on her bed to pet her dog sugar.
“I just don’t know why your grandma would create a weird place then send you a letter about it?” Emily said looking out the window
And at that moment another letter flew in Amber’s window
“Oh there’s another one?” Deepali said picking it up
“What is this one going to be about Baboons?” Emily said with a little laugh
“Maybe, you never know.” Deepali answered
“The world may never know!” Amber said opening the letter “it says:”
Never stop looking my dear I never did follow the
Instructions when I first got this mirror, the first letter tells
What you need to do
Love,
Granny
“So it wasn’t about Baboons!” Deepali said looking over the letter again
“Your grandma is lame” Emily said to Amber
“She just might be right Emily!” Amber said leaving the room
“Emily? I worry about you sometimes” Deepali said
Picking sugar up to go find Amber.
“Girls your mothers just left are you staying here?” Amber’s mom asked looking worried
“Yes mom they are sleeping over remember?” Amber said getting an apple from the fridge and then taking a bite from it.
Then another letter flew in
“Hey Amber a letter came for you!” Emily said picking up the new letter
“How many times is your grandma going to write you?” Deepali asked looking at the letter with Emily
“I don’t know but let’s see what the letter is about?” Amber said coming into the room in her favorite pajamas that Emily and Deepali got for her birthday.
“I like your pajamas Amber where did you get them?” Deepali said as Amber was coming into her room
“Well you should know, you and Emily gave them to me!” Amber said laughing
“Hey that’s not funny!” Deepali said laughing with her
“Ok what does the letter say?” Amber said to Emily
“I don’t, know you know it’s illegal to read other people’s mail!” Emily said giving Amber her letter
“Yeah you don’t do any thing that’s illegal!” Amber said opening the letter while Deepali was laughed
“Can we see what it says please?” Emily said getting on Amber’s bed, to pet sugar.
“Ok it says” Amber said beginning to read then she stops
“Did you guys hear that?” Amber said going to her window
“Yeah I did it sounded like a big windstorm but yet it wasn’t, you know what I mean?” Deepali said going to the window with Amber
“You people have gone crazy…….wait was that it?” Emily said as that sound happened again.
“Now I know I’m going crazy!”
“I wonder what it is….. Let’s go find out” Amber said as her and Deepali went to go get their shoes on to go find out.
“What are you guys doing?” Emily said following them.
“We are going to see what that thing is” Deepali said knowing that Emily wants to find out what it is to.
“Oh well what have I got to lose?” Emily said also getting her shoes on.
After they got their shoes on they went out side to see what this “Thing” is.
“What are we doing again?” Emily asked as they turned the corner of Amber’s house
“We are looking for buried gold at
“Ha, ha, ha very funny” Emily said to Amber
“You guys! It could be an attempted robbery how can you be joking at a time like this?!” Deepali said to Emily and Amber while they looked at each other planning a murder spree.
“Don’t you dare murder me I’m the only adult here” Deepali said
“Why did you think that we were going to go on a murder spree?” both Emily and Amber said
“I know you to well” Deepali said turning around
They waited till Deepali was to far away to her there plan
“We’ll do it later” Emily said to Amber
“Ok but we can’t let her hear us” Amber replied purposely saying in a not to quite whisper
“I can you back there!” Deepali said turning around
“Then what were we talking about?” Amber said to Deepali with her hands on her hips
“Hmmm….that you wanted to give me some chocolate?” Deepali said with a sheepish smile
“Now why would we do that?” Emily said
“Oh what is that?” Amber said picking up a torn piece of grey fabric
“It looks like it came from a dress?” Deepali said taking it from Amber
“You can’t tell it came from a dress from that little piece of cloth?” Emily said taking it from Deepali
“Oh look!” Amber said looking at a girl that same age as Amber and Emily.
With blond hair and (what Amber and Deepali thinks) was wearing a beautiful dress
“Umm hi” Amber said to the stranger
“Wait what are you doing? You just can’t go talking to strangers” Emily said
“Like you would obey that?” Deepali said to Emily agreeing with Amber
“Hi” Deepali said to the stranger
“I said that already” Amber said looking annoyed
“Can someone please ask this person what her name is?” Emily yelled
“My name is Bonnie” Bonnie said settling the fight
“Thank you!” Emily said going back to Amber’s house
“Wait!” Deepali said running to catch up
“Please come with me” Amber said to Bonnie leading the way to their new guest at
After Deepali and Emily left Amber with their new guest, Amber told them both never to do it again they all were in the kitchen showing “Bonnie” what a Dishwasher is
“You don’t have a Dishwasher where you come from?” Deepali asked Bonnie
“Nope I’ve never seen one before” Bonnie said opening it to see a load of clean dishes
“Your lame” Emily said to Bonnie going to Amber who was trying to figure this out.
“So how did you get here?” Deepali said sitting down with Bonnie at Amber’s kitchen table.
“A mirror” Bonnie said to Deepali wondering why she was asking
“That is a lie! Sorry I always wanted to say that” Emily hitting her hand on the table
“Ok then moving on….where did you come from?” Amber said to bonnie while getting a cup down from the cabinet to get a drink of water
“Oh I came a country named Solandia” Bonnie with a very easy going tone
“What” Amber said spilling the water she was pouring
“Maybe your grandma isn’t lame Amber!” Emily said
“Maybe just wait…”Amber said turning away from Emily to face Bonnie
“Then what is this about a “Key”? Amber said pulling out the first letter that her grandma sent her
“I don’t know what you’re talking about?” Bonnie said without looking at the letter
“Read the letter?” Amber said getting annoyed.
“Ok, ok I’ll read it” Bonnie said.
She scanned the letter realizing that her grandma was in all of the old stories of the Princess and Emreld
“Umm, your grandma, does she live here or in Solandia?” Bonnie said that knowing that if she lived in Solandia thinking she was who she thought she was
“Well sort of?” Amber said not really knowing
“Has she told you old stories of a Princess and a lady named Emreld?” Bonnie said looked worried
“Well …yes” Amber said thinking it was a bad thing
“Ok I have a lot to tell you and I’m only going to tell you once ok so listen up,…..your grandmother is Emreld ok, like in the stories oh they are true to, she has a ‘magical’ mirror that is why I was sent here to find it a bring it back to keep Solandia safe…..you got all that?” Bonnie said
Amber just sat down in shock, her face looked like she was shoot then she saw a ghost
“Get some water Emily” Deepali said to Emily who ran to get it
While Deepali got a towel wet to put on her forehead
After Amber got back from her mini vacation she ran to her room, holding the letter in her hand.
“What’s wrong Amber?” Deepali said running after her
“What wrong, what’s wrong is that all you can say I think she needs help if you know what I mean?!” Emily said as she was running after Deepali
“Ok let’s see” Amber said mumbling to her self in her room in front of her mirror scanning the letter at the same time
“Oh no you don’t little missy you can’t do that you’ll mess everything up!” Bonnie said coming in to Amber’s room
“What is going on here?” Emily yelled over everybody’s voices
“Yeah!” Deepali said in a small whisper
“But I have to Bonnie, you can do it” Amber said to Bonnie ignoring Emily’s and Deepali’s yelling and whispering
“You can’t do that and I think you know why!” Bonnie said looking worried as if Amber was really going to do it
“Oh that’s good because I thought I lost it I’m glad to know that somebody knows what is going on her ‘cause I sure don’t!” Emily said to Deepali
“Will you guys be quite for one moment please!” Amber said before she turned her attention back to Bonnie
“Ok then lets go and let them talk about what ever there going to talk about ok Emily?” Deepali said taking Emily to the kitchen.
10 minutes later
“Humph…. I can’t believe her.....Ugh “Amber said storming out of her room out to her back yard
“What is her problem?” Emily said getting up from her spot at the kitchen table
“Let’s go find out” Deepali said going to the back door.
Amber was outside sitting in her favorite tree which she liked going there when she got really mad at somebody or something
“She must be really mad” Emily said as her and Deepali were walking to the tree
“Or sad…look” Deepali said pointing up to where Amber was sitting
“What’s wrong Amber?” Deepali said getting up in the tree next to Amber
“Oh I’m mad, nothing new, except that I can’t go to Solandia!” Amber said picking off a piece of bark.

Our World and Theirs
“NO” the Teacher said again “That is incorrect”.
In class number 25 grade 8TH Jr.High,
Their names are “Amber Duren”, “ Emily Keith ” and last but not least,”Deepali Western ” Amber moved here to Altus ,Ok eight years ago and has love it here ever since, Emily has lived here two and a half years ,and Deepali has lived in Oklahoma three years.
“That was a hard question.” Deepali said to Amber trying to comfort her in the seat next to her with Emily on the other side smiling, the school bell rang “And don’t forget your five pages long paper on your summer!” Miss Nelson said as the kids were getting their bags and leaving for their summer vacation
“I don’t like that Miss Nelson at all. I am so glad that we will get Mrs. Larson next year, she is so nice.” Emily said as Deepali, and Amber were going to their bikes
“I am to!” Amber said standing next to her bike
“Well at lest we have the summer to get over it” Deepali said with a smile as they rode there bikes to Amber’s house.
Even thought they are good friends they are also neighbors Amber and Emily live next to each other in this order: Emily then Amber on
“Hello girls” Ambers mother said as the three came in to the backyard putting there bikes up and walking towards the house “Amber your grandmother sent you a birthday present”
“Oh she did?” Amber said with a smile.
“Come on and open it honey before your sister gets home” Ambers mom said showing her the present
“Wow its tall” Emily said looking at Ambers present
“Well open it I want to see it?!” Deepali said with excitement
“Ok, ok I’ll open it” Amber said as she tore off the wrapping paper
“Oh it’s beautiful, and it’s for me?”
Yes it is, your grandmother got it for you when she was in Germany” Amber’s mother said getting the trash “Now you two help Amber get to her room without breaking it, now can you do that?”.
“I think we can. Emily said getting one side of the mirror and Deepali getting the other side.
Amber went to her room to get a spot ready for her new mirror.
“It’s so beautiful” Amber said as she was putting her room back together after Emily and Deepali sat it down in the corner Amber picked for it.
“I know” Emily said putting Amber’s dog, Sugar in her little bed
“I wonder where your grandmother got in
“In
“Well I know that!” Deepali said looking at the mirror
“My grandmother has given me a lot of pretty stuff before but this is just beautiful” Amber said.
“Girls!” Amber’s mother called
“Yes” they all said coming into the kitchen
“Amber your sister is in the backyard trying to get her bike helmet off please go help her, oh and Deepali, Emily your mothers just called you two better get home” Her mother Said washing dishes.

“Ok go on inside and get cleaned up ok Sarah” Amber said to her sister as her friends came out to say goodbye
“We’ll you tomorrow right?” Emily asked getting on her bike
“Yeah you guys are coming over for our big cook out remember” Amber said opening the gate
“By the way my mom is going to bring a chocolate cake ok?” Emily said at the gate
“Ok I’ll go tell my mom see you guys tomorrow”! Amber said going back to her house
“AMBER! Sarah yelled out of her room
“What is it Sarah, what happened?” Amber said running to her room
“Why is that in your and not in mine” Sarah asked staring at Amber’s preasent
“Granny gave that to me for my birthday, Sarah“Amber said trying not to make her mad
“Ok then” Sarah said skipping out of Amber’s room as happy as could be
“Ok kids dinner is ready!” Amber’s mother said down the hall towards their rooms
“I’m coming don’t eat without me!” Sarah said running down the hall
“I’m coming” Amber said walking down the hall” …..What are we having mom?” Amber said sitting down at her usual spot at their usual kitchen table
“We are having chicken” she said sitting down a plate with chicken on it
“Oh I like this dinner!’ Sarah said with his fork in one hand and his knife in the other.
“Ok you two go and get ready for bed and I’ll clean up dinner” Amber’s mother said putting plates in the kitchen sink “Ok mom” Sarah said going down the hall towards her bedroom
“Alright” Amber said doing the same.
Ok this is mine, mine, mine, mine....lol yes this is just part of this one story....as you can tell......lol
