Mar. 23, 2007 - I need a hug...

I'm sitting here, crying. One of my really great friends (or... so I thought) just started yelling at me over IM because my parents went to go see our Youth Pastor about my problems with this guy, who hates me because I dumped water on him when he made some comment about 'You Texans.' Of course, I didn't know that he was just being himself, so I dumped water on him. Then he started hating me, and I started overreacting to that, and I came from Drama one night crying, and Mom spent half an hour trying to calm me down, so she and Dad went to go see our Youth Pastor, and he called my friend (though I'm not sure she'll ever talk to me now) and she got torqued and I feel like this is all my fault. And if that didn't make things worse, I went on YouTube, since music seemed to calm me down, and I clicked on Casting Crowns's "Praise You In The Storm." Where is He now? He's not here, I can tell ya that.

I need a hug... or several...

**hug** I just found your blog. God is still with you even if you can’t feel Him!! He promises that He will never leave or forsake His children. Pour out your heart to Him in prayer (Ps 62:8) because He will not despise a broken or contrite heart (Ps 51:17).

Hi sweetie, I was just browsing and saw your blog entry on the front page. Although it may not feel like it, God is with you right now and always will be. Know that no matter what happens, He is always in control and He will always be there for you. Psalm 55:22 says "Cast your burden on the LORD, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved." God is always ready for you to pour our your sorrows on Him. He will carry you through the storms of life. ***hugs***

I am so sorry Jenni! I wish I could be there to hold you and give you a big huge hug, and calm you down. Remeber no matter what God still loves you and will always be there for you even when you don't feel like he's around, and also remeber that I love you so much you are the greatest friend I could ever have!
