Girls' Day Out Fun

The Outdoor Hour - Challenge #1

I can't believe I just accidently deleted this post that I had spent about an hour working on! I know, it happens to everyone at some point, and boy is it frustrating! So I am not going to rewrite the post, but just post pictures.

I am bound and determined to avoid the winter time blues this year if at all possible. So we are joining The Outdoor Hour challenges and getting out. We have gotten out twice this week, and although it has been rather cold, it has been quite enjoyable as well. I was surprised to find so much green out. The kids had a grand time finding all different kinds of wonders as well...as you will see.

So many great things in your entry. I love the way you found beauty even if the weather is cold and the environment not very green. The morning glory seeds are a great find.

Your journal entry is fabulous.

Thanks for sharing you nature study.

Welcome to 317 Zephaniah Way! Stay for a spell and make yourself at home. We are traveling down this winding road of living and learning...what an adventure! I find great encouragement from Zephaniah 3:17, "The Lord your God is with you. He is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you. He will quiet you with His love. He will rejoice over you with singing." I think Zephaniah 3:17 perfectly sums up who God is and how He feels about each of us. I never want to move away from the Truth this verse speaks…so I’ve made it my permanent address.
