Yuck
Somedays, I just cringe at the thought my children are in public school.
From beginning to end, it's just horrifying:
"This case arises from the claimed physical abuse of a four year old disabled child in a public school setting....AFFIRMED as to the denial of qualified immunity on the head beating and slamming claims..."
