Just got a call from my brother....
Uncle Wayne is in a deep coma and being prepped for surgery now. The brain surgeon had just completed a very long surgery and was telling my family about the surgery need. They asked him when he'd do the surgery and he said that if he was to give him a fighting chance, it had to be done right away.
When he fell, he hit the left side of his head. This shifted his brain to the right side of his head. This has caused hemorraging (sp?), bleeding and blood clots.
I also received an e-mail from my cousin's wife...they live in VT...and she's been told that even if he wakes after surgery, there is a good chance for brain damage....or not waking at all.
Musings from the me.... I am married to my very best friend, who happens to be perfect (for me!!) and am honored to be the Mama to the best four children in the world. The Lord has surely blessed me most abundantly!!!
