That's a total of four pounds! And my bust has shrunk an inch, as has my waist. The rest of the measurements are still the same.
I cheated yesterday and had wine with dinner. And I didn't exercise. I haven't exercised yet today, either. And I had soda with my lunch. It's pretty bad when you run out of willpower after just half a month. So tomorrow is going to be better. I'll exercise, and stick with water. I definitely don't drink enough water. I'll bet those four pounds were all water anyway.
So I'm celebrating the four pounds, but wishing I were being more consistent. If I were, I might have lost more.
So how's everyone else doing with their goals and/or resolutions?
(Don't even ask about my kitchen...)
