I know, I know, it's been forever...
I have been crazy-busy lately. You wanna see? Really? Okay...here you go...

It's not quite done yet; I'm hoping to finish it today, so I can cast-on for an internet "knit-along" as soon as my yarn arrives. I designed the top in the pics myself, and I even tried to keep great notes as I went so I could publish the pattern. Yeah...that ain't gonna happen. Once I got to the bust shaping, I got tired of writing down every stitch and every increase and every decrease. So I stopped taking notes. Now there's no way I'll catch up. Oh, well. My beautiful lacy tank top will be a one-of-a-kind.
The internet "KAL" is called "Tempting II" and it's a short-sleeved sweater. It'll be very cute, and I'll be glad to just follow someone else's pattern for a while. Then I'm going to make a skirt with pleats at the hem; very modern and sophisticated; I'm working on that design. Then I'm going to design some more summer tops; I'll need a bunch of them; summer is comin'! Okay, so I know it's only March, but the lacy top has taken me almost a month. Tempting II shouldn't take as long, since it's not lace, but I really like lace. I want to have at least one more lacy top before summer. And summer comes early in Texas. So wish me luck!
