 Today's Weather was... Hot, but still nice. Outside my window..... Dark..it past mid night. I am up waiting for Aaron to get a call. I am thinking about..... The birth of our nation. I am reading..... Bible (Eph. right now) and The Visitor, Lori Wick I am thankful for... Friends who truned back around to drive the kids and I home, We just got to were we were going to watch the fireworks, and Aaron had a call. The fireworks ended...Aaron was on his way back, So I said we could just wait...then he got another call! Thanks a ton Doles! From the kitchen ... Lots of good all american food! We had Burgers and dogs, corn on the cob, cole slaw, potato salad, chips and dip, baked beans, ice cream and peanut butter chocolate bars. Kool-aide, iced tea, soda and water. I am going...... to bed as soon as the Man gets home! I am hoping..... Since little people were up until 11 pm that they will sleep in tmorrow morning! I am hearing...... People lighting off fireworks and the dog whining. She isnt happy with having to be out side. Around the house.... CLEAN! One of my favorite things.... Seeing the joy on my girls faces as they watched the firworks go off! A few plans for the rest of the week.... not all that sure yet...although lots of leftovers for lunch! Yum! Night you all. I am going to go try to read. I pray everyone had a safe, fun and wondeful 4th of July! God Bless The USA! |
