Acknowledging Him

One Year!

Posted in Celebrations

It's funny how before Emily was born, we didn't even know how much we needed her, but now, we can't imagine life without her! Happy Birthday Emi!

She received several really cute outfits, and a toy train:

She liked them, really.

She wasn't so sure about the singing and cake part...

We WERE a little off key....

This carrot cake was actually pretty healthy ~ whole wheat flour, organic carrots, local honey....Nevermind the cream cheese frosting

Happy Birthday! And many more!

She looks so cute and I can't believe she's a year already! The cake looks pretty darn delicious too! Hope you got my gift okay....the kids look like they had fun and I'm sure the singing wasn't TOO bad! Love you.....

I feel that way about my 4th born. I never knew how much I couldn't live without her!

Love the cake. What a good mama...no storebought cake for your babygirl!

Happy Birthday Emi!

The carrot cakes sounds wonderful.

I think I looked at that pink stripe dress at the store the other day......almost bought it. I'm sure Emi will look darling in it.

Happy birthday, Emi! That cake looks really good - wish I could have some. And Emily looks so cute. I mailed her a card with a little something in it. Hopefully she'll have it by the end of the week. Love you all!

Thanks for leaving a comment on my blog! Yes, we were missing one - he was in someone's arms behind us and you can't see him in the pics unfortunately....
