• Mar. 17, 2006 - Lemony Snicket

Remember when I told You that we were stuck in a room full of eyes in the Seires of Unfortunate Events Game? Well, that was a long time ago! We have  finished three other "games", and we all have our favorite places. I like the stairs leading up to the tower in Count Olafs House. We all like the Horseradish factory! I think it a great game to play with other sibs, because we all have our cyber-talents and the game requires all of them. I mouse people, (which means I control the direction they face and I pick up things. I also make sunny bite!) Cullen jumps and runs-- which is mainly Klaus and Violet.
Gotta go! See ya
P.s. more later

• Mar. 10, 2006 - Avatar

Hello People!
I am so X-ited to tell you that i have found something else that I can draw easily!  Avatar! (In other words, Aang.) He is the last Airbender in the four nations, Water, Air , Fire, and Earth. Eveyone is a big fan, including mom and dad! There is also a girl and her brother, Katara and Sokka.  I like Katara, but she could be more independant. Sokka, on the other hand, is hilarious! He makes all sorts of Chibi* faces, and expressions. So, to all you other Avatar lovers: Avatar Rocks!
Sionara!

* Chibi is a form of anime that "shrinks" a person. The are about two heads tall. Their expressions are much more obvious. For example, if a chibi is sad, Waterfalls will be coming out of his/her eyes!

• Jan. 31, 2006 - I havn't posted in a LONG time!

'S Truth, lads and lasses,(quote from The Savage Damsel and the Dwarf, by G.M.) I really haven't posted in a long time! Oh well, now I can post a lot to make up for it! Anyway let us see.......
Whenever I listen to my Clannad Cd, I get really hyped!hype! hype! (oops!) It really gets you in to a LOTR mood. (It's celtic) I am also trying to learn Scottish Gaelic, which is very complicated. And speaking of LOTR, there are a lot of LOTR mega-fans in this world. How do I know?!?
I read cricket!!! There are also a lot of christians, which is good, because I am a Christian. Tonight, i am making hula stir-fry for dinner. Yummm! I am also reading a great sieres by Gerald Morris. The are based on The knights of the Round Table, and it enforces that Gawain is a lot cooler than sir Lancelot du Lac (of the lake). Speaking of books, I am reading LOTS of Nancy Drew, The Royal Diaries seiries, The seiries of Unfortunate Events, I'm waiting for the thirteenth one (we are also playing the Official game and we are stuck in a room full of eyes!I still reccomend it!)Uh oh! I am out of time! P.S. Artemis Fowl is not so bad with a few mental alterations!

• Dec. 22, 2005 - Cavalier me

Ha. You know, thats all I feel  like saying today. But I have fifteen minutes to do this so I'm not going to wast them. Lets see.....
1) I finished book one AND book two of "Artemis Fowl " (and I'm starting the third.) by Eoin Colfer. I wouldn't exactly reccomend it, but it was good. one prob tho, Arty is really  annoying and I think Jamie could think his pants off( literally!) even tho she is living in my mind.( and she has no book about her either so if you can type faster than I can, please apply.)
2) We have a electricity problem and I am going to be so cruel and not tell you about it.
3)It is only three days till Christmas and I can't wait! ( our tree is stuffed to overflowing and we still haven't  bought all our presents!) Also, Christmas is on a Sunday this year, so we are going to church first. I agreed with my friends that it was bummer until the pastor preached a sermon about how he  said he would count how many people came to Christmas service. Down with that idea.
4)Hmm. I think three is good.
4) prt. 2) sorry gotta go!

• Dec. 8, 2005 - bla

Nothing Interesting today, but I want to post anyway. Well, lets see........
1.) We are doing a play, "Check Under the Bed". It's not going to start until January, but my friend Sheridan and I are doing pre-planning.  Also, I wanted to do a Christmas pagent, but mom said it was a little late to start now, so we're doing it next year.
2.) Yesterday, I got to make my own Gingerbread house! It was my reward for saying all my sunday school verses. I also brought home Gingerbread men for the rest of my "deprived" siblings!

3.) I never knew there were so many LOTR fans/Orlando Bloom fans/christians reading Cricket!?!  I agree with Oskana Hedgepeth. Elves are NOT little, cute guys!!!!!!! They are tall and mysterious. Very. Anyway, PLEASE, all LOTR fans, post on my site!!
And as Inspector Clouseau would say: The case is close-ed!

Finis!

• Nov. 29, 2005 - Man do I have a lot to tell !

I can't belive it's almost December! ( or Tevet in hebrew )  I was thinking about music this morning, but I have more important things to tell you. I have been to CALIFORNIA!!!!!!! Yup. just got back yesterday. Let me tell you, it was the longest drive we have ever done in one day. 926.6 miles from Port Gamble, WA to Madera, CA. we left at 3:00 am and got there at eight pm! The longest I have ever driven was 1600 miles and we did it in 3 days!! Anyway, first  we went to Uncle George's house and spent Thanksgiving day with them. At first it was just us, Uncle George, Aunt Angie, Cousin Gessie and Cousin Dejanelle, but at Thanksgiving it was packed!! Besides the afore mentioned party, there was: Cousin Janell, (who taught me how to fry plantain ) Cousin Tajmar, Cousin Tammy and some other cousin I didn't know I had. Later on , a couple who knew Aunt Angie came over. The day after, Uncle Gbenga (pronounced "benga') came over for breakfast. He gave us ten dollars for an early Christmas present.  When we left we had a two hour drive to get to Pastor Tim and his familys' house.  We stayed the least time at his house which was a bummer, because Megan and co. are great freinds.  Oh well.   But at least we got to see the ocean and drive on the Golden Gate Bridge. Oh yeah, it's not golden, but it was cool anyway.   By the way, for all you  people who are driving sympathizers we did the drive home in two days. Phew!!! Now, on the music subject!!  I am starting a girls band.I have written three songs, one based on a Psalm.  But I do have one big problem: I have no band members. I'm working on it,but I do need song suggestions. If you have any, I'm open!! Oh yeah, the bands name is Rugged Cross, and the songs are Superheroes, Stumbled, and Wonderful Works(based on psalm 105). I'm also working on Wanted. My insperation is Joy Williams new album Genisis. On it, my favorite songs are, Stay, We, Genisis,Beautiful Redemption, Silence, God only knows, and Child of Eden. I also LOVE Toby Mac.  Who are your faves?!?
P.S. how to cook plantain: (Janells recipe)
6 plantains feed about 5 with seconds
First, cut the top and bottom off then score a rib with your thumbnail and cut only through the skin on the line.  Peel the plantain. Starting from the top, cut slanted, thick slices.  Pour about one and a half inch to two inches of oil in a skillet.   Put plantains in.  Turn over to cook on the other side.  They will turn yellowish brown and crispy when done.   They are sweet.

• Nov. 5, 2005 - Hello all!!

I guess I haven't posted in a while. You see, computer time is every other day  and  internet time is a treat.
Anyway, for all the dudes who were asking, here is the party news: When everyone arrived, we went outside to play a game. Someone (I can't remember who) said we could make a leaf pile and jump into it off the trampoline  WhenI jumped in, I landed on my knees OWWWW!!!!!!! Don't EVER do that.My legs still hurt! After that, we went inside to have a hot drink.    While we warmed up, we carved pumpkins for my neighbors. They are so sweetso it wasn't that hard to give our masterpeices away. Then, I opened my presents on speed setting so we could be done before the parents arrived. It  was lots of fun! YEAH!!!! Tadhg just lost his tooth! Cullen knocked it out while they were fighting.   Weird huh!?! We watch Pirates of the Carribean yesterday. One of the main characters was played by Orlando Bloom. He played Legolas in LOTR.   POTC was really good. I especially liked it when Elizabeth fell off the tower when she fainted. All though we missed the un-dead, I'm sorta glad. I would of had nightmares.   Today we watched A New Hope.  I enjoyed that.  Oh well. Gotta go! cul8tr!! ; )
