I have been thinking all day about Alesya and her family. How broken they must feel. I began to meditate on "that which is good", to set my mind in another direction. I thought about (and am continuing to think about), what she must be experiencing right now, this very minute ~ What a comfort.
Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

If the doctrine of Christian union is true, then division and sectarianism are a great and prodigious evil, and therefore ought to be abolished. Who then will lay the axe to the root of this corrupt tree to help cut it down?
