May. 13, 2008 - Happy Mother's Day!
I waited to post our Mother's Day festivities until after I downloaded all my pictures... Well, lets just say, "Mama don't look quite as good first thing in the morning"as she used too! And the sight of me first thing in the morning eating the breakfast in bed was a little to shocking for me to post the pics... shocking as in: My hair really IS frizzy!! Wow! Iam aging! and other little truths I care NOT to go into. Vanity aside, I had a wonderful day. Breakfast and presents in bed, accompanied by a delicious cinn coffee! We went off to service and then lunch, then for a relaxing drive through the country: we saw cows, horses etc. , then home for a snooz and back to eve service, it really was a nice day. I did get some pics of the cows, maybe I'll post those later! hee hee. I do love being a Mom!

Your mother's day sounds very nice!! Ours was nice and relaxing as well! I'd love to chat sometime.... it's been too long....

Awwww Shirley,
Your pictures are beautiful as are your children. As mom's, we are blessed, aren't we? I have three girls and 5 grandchildren. The Lord made me and Mom and I was so very happy and loved, then He made me a grandmother and that surpasses all. God is good.
But as to stealing Bry...he's a wonderful boy and I love him dearly. Who could help it??? And by the way, Woosie LOVES chocolate of ALL kinds...but I believe Godiva is her fav. :-). Be blessed dear Sister...I will allow visits with Woos...(my nickname for her)...heehee |
