In all I am, do, and will write, my aim is to hit God's mark. I will have moments of being misguided as I am not perfect, but know that I serve a God that loves me through it all.
I was thinking about the gluten free aspect of the pot pie. Rather than serving it as a pie, maybe making it and serving over gf bread that you toasted first would be good, or maybe try making a "crust" out of gf pasta. It is on the sweet side with the cider, but you can get the apple flavor by using chicken broth and adding in a few tbsp apple cider vinegar and it will turn out less sweet. Hope you can find a way to make it work for your family!
I love it :) I haven't done mine. But, that isn't stopping me from enjoying others. *grin* It's like the Little Red Hen story. I'm not sharing the labor, but, unlike the dog and the cat and the mouse, I'm still sharing in the fresh bread.
And, I come by and read your blog regularly. And I even comment. I considered groveling for the credit card wanna be award. Groveling is not beneath me for getting fun stuff. ;)
I LOVE it.
I think you did a wonderful job.
I like the way you were able to mention each person and how you put `Christian-Conservative-Homeschoolers` I didn't think of that. :)
Blessings,
Michelle
