Wildflowers in Winter Poem
I have decided to do a Poem on Wildflowers for mama's Wildflowers In Winter theme.
I enjoyed writing it.
I hope you like my poem!!
I’m Just a Little Wildflower
I’m Just a little wildflower,
In a great field o’ grass,
Nobody seems to care I’m there,
They say I’m just a weed.
I wish I were a sunflower,
To stand up high and sing,
I’d show the world there’s
Always something small,
Just to smile about.
If I was Jack-In-The-Pulpit,
I’d preach to all the world,
“God loves us all, Times good or bad,
He loves us all the same”.
If I could be a daisy dear,
‘Most girls tall or small,
Would weave me into pretty wreathes,
A crown to sit upon there hair.
But I’m just a little dandylion,
Most people don’t like me,
I’ll be as pretty as can be,
I know my daddy still appreciates me.
