Jul. 4, 2009 - Just Chillin'
What's up?!?!?!?! I haven't been doing anything exciting lately so I thought I would type. I still can't wait until Six Flags! I think we will be going soon. My goal is to ride every thrill ride there. I have a lot of work to do! Oh and Happy 4th of July!!! I painted my nails red, white, and blue. They look so awesome! Me and my little sis are at my grandparents right now. She is still lovin' her new cats. They've gained a lot of weight so they're doing really well. Boots is as crazy as ever. Last night we watched a huge firework show. My grandparents have a party every year on the 3rd of July. The firework finale is so bright! It's like daytime! And to make it better there's lots of good food! This year we made cupcakes and sugar cookies. Sugar cookies are my favorite.

Jun. 15, 2009 - 2 Cats instead of 1
Today we gave our grandma her birthday present : a cat. Her name is Lucy and she is the sweetest thing. We picked out her collar and everything. Her name was on the tag and we gave the collar to my grandma. She opened it and said "Awww, you got me a collar for my pig." We had forgotten that she has a statue of a pig named Lucy. It was really funny. Next we brought out all the cat supplies including the litter box, toys, and about everything else. My grandma gave us this funny look and started saying "Did you guys really get me a cat?" "Yeah, grandma!" She said thank-you and thank-you over and over again. So she went home and then met us at the Humane Society at 3:00pm(opening time.) We picked out Lucy and then looked around. We saw this other cat(Kitty) and we imediately fell in love. He was 2 months old and really cute. So while my mom was filling out papers, we put the two kittens up to each other. Lucy hissed at first but then she was fine. One of the volunteers looked at grandma and she said "Let's do it." So now she has two cats for her and my grandpa. Kitty now known as "Boots" is absolutely crazy and Lucy is the snuggler. That is the story of "The 2 Cats instead of 1." OH, and another thing, my grandma's b-day is tomorrow so I want to see how many "Happy Birthdays" I get from comments! So what are you waiting for? Jun. 13, 2009 - Summer Vacation
Well it's finally here, SUMMER VACATION! Is everyone enjoying it? I know I am. Camping, Vacations, Water Parks, Swimming and about everything else except school and homework. I love summer! Warm weather and snow are my type. Totally opposite I know! I love cold weather unless there's no snow. Then it's no fun! Can you believe that we only get 2 months!! I could go for a year! This summer we're going to do lots of camping, go see Mount Rushmore and Six Flags! I love rollercoasters, well really anything that makes you scream! I'm more of the "Just Do It," girl. Well, I really haven't posted in a while so I'll get you updated. Today we (me and my siblings) went shopping with grandma. My parents went out of town for the weekend so off to the grandparents we go! I love it there. They have a loft and they put three beds and let us decorate the rest. I put my old hawaiian bedding up there. Okay, right now I'm reading "Mistaken Identity." It's about the two girls who were in a car crash and one survived and the other one didn't. The surviving one was mistaken for the one who didn't and one family thought that their daughter was dead when she was really in the hospital being cared for by the other family who thought that she was their daughter. Wow, that was a mouthful. No really it's a great book since both of the families were Christians. I recommend it highly. Well I'll keep you guys updated...

May. 16, 2009 - My Story
Hi! Right now I am writing a story about a girl whose dad is in Iraq. I'm going to be posting it when I'm done. I love it so far!!! Oh and has anyone read Inkspell the sequel to Inkheart? I can't put it down!!! After that I'm going to read Inkdeath which is a sequel to Inkspell. I love that the author keeps putting out more!!

Hey peeps! I got an ipod nano today! It's bright purple! My fav color! I also bought two cases: one black and one sparkly. They're sooooo awesome! Well what else, my sis and bro bought guitar hero world tour. They're decorating the guitar and drums right now. I going to go try it.

Apr. 8, 2009 - Swim News!
Hi! I have great news! When I started swimming I got put in Bronze. They have like medals as the levels... Copper, Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Well, soon after I got put in Bronze I was moved to Silver. That season ended not too long ago. This season(summer) just started on Monday. I have been in Silver since October. But now...(drumroll) I am practicing with Gold!!!!!!!! AHHHHHH!!!!! I am soo excited! I haven't even been swimming for a year! I'm practicing with Gold!!!!! Okay, I'm good. I started last night and it was HARD! I have to build my endurance up. I will tell you guys what we did. Okay for warm-up: 200m kick(that's 8 laps), 200m drill, 500m skip. That was warm-up. Then we did: 10x50m, 8x100m, 4x200m, then 3x300m. It was tiring, but I am soo excited that I practiced with Gold.

Hey! I haven't blogged in a while! Nothing interesting has happened but I'm reading this really awesome series called "39 Clues." It's so good! I'm also doing a Power Point Presentation about the first Easter. It's really cool so far! I really want to go see Inkheart. We were going to go see it but the only time didn't work out for us. I want to do a summer project, like to earn money for our local Humane Society but I don't have any ideas. I need some help!!

I just got back home from a vacation in Georgia. So if you were wondering why I wasn't replying to comments, private messages, etc., that was the reason. I'm happy to be back! My dogs were crazy when we pulled into the drive way at 2:00am. We could not get them settled down! I know this is a short post but I'm hungry! We never ate when we got back home.

Mar. 9, 2009 - Today's Daily Scoop
Hey! Today I am sick. Bleh! I really do not like being sick. I believe it's from not getting enough sleep over the weekend. You see, I went to a swim meet in Fishers. Warm-ups started at 7:00am, so we(me and my mom) had to get up at 5:15am and drive to Fishers on Saturday and Sunday. But this was not any regular meet. It was the divisional meet! I made it in two events! 50 Breastroke and 100 Breastroke. I added a little bit of time in my 50 but I dropped a second in the 100. I was really excited! Okay, my absolute favorite band in the world is called Sanctus Real. It's not a really popular band but they ROCK! Here is a picture of them...
They are so AWESOME! My favorite song by them is called "I'm not Alright." When I figure out how to post music I will post this song. The best part about this band is that they are a Christian band. Okay, that's about it. I'll blog later.

Feb. 22, 2009 - Atlantis and a Poem
Hey everyone! My parents have just arrived in the place they will be spending the next 5 days. Atlantis in Paradise Island! They say that the hotel is absolutely huge! So for this week they will be soaking up sun, going down the famous "Leap of Faith", and spending hours at the beach. Also, I'm going skiing this Wednesday at Perfect North Slopes. I love skiing!! Okay, one more thing, here is my blueberry pie poem...

Feb. 8, 2009 - My Dogs
My dogs are the cutest ever! I have a Husky mix and a Rottweiler mixed with a Poodle. I also had a Swim Meet today and I made divisional time!! I am so excited! I made it in 50 Breaststroke which is one of my best strokes. Well, here are pictures of my pups.

Feb. 5, 2009 - Random Writing
Howdy! I have had such a busy week! On Monday we had someone fly in from Utah to ask my brother some questions. Nathan only has one arm, so she wanted to know how his daily life went. Also on Monday, my dad was working out at his office and the machine he was using fell on top of his head! He had to get some staples. Please pray for him. On Tuesday we were snowed in practically. Wednesday we went to Chuck 'E' Cheeses! Yeah! That was fun. Wednesday is also the day of my Bible Study Group. Today we caught up on school and tonight I have Swim Team. Tomorrow I get to see Inkheart! I read the book which was totally awesome! Everyone who is looking for a great book read Inkheart!
