Im not confused anymore
I got such great advice from u all! Thanx so much. I have taken all ur advice into practice. Well I had a friend over yesterday and her name is Christina(Chrissytina is her nickname) and we walked around my new neighborhood. We saw some guys playing football and she thought they we're going to eat us(lol). Then we had lunch and we watched "Meet The Robinsons). I have 27 posters of the Jonas Brothers and she hates the Jonas Brothers. She likes Ryan Sheckler. He's cute but not as cute as Nick Jonas. Well I gotta go. Bye

I'm glad to read that you're doing a little better. A friend of mine thought I should share this with you. I wrote it last week when I (thought) I was feeling blue, but after reading your previous post I realized there are other who feel more like this than I do. So here it is:

Crawling, slowly, miserable and sick. I’m parched and hungry, and lost. I hear His voice beside me. “Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.” Why, oh why won’t I give in? Plodding along yet getting nowhere, I reach the brink of despair. Everything is spinning as I fall to the ground. I weep and weep, but all is silent. Does no one hear? Then, a voice, someone touches my shoulder. I want to turn around, but I am too weak. I lay broken and overcome. What’s this? I’m being lifted, someone with strong and sturdy arms. As I look up, He looks down into my very soul and He sees everything. First pain over whelms me, and fear that He will spurn me. Then, peace, peace unspeakable. I cling to Him, fearful of losing and never finding Him again. But He whispers in my ear, “I will never leave thee nor forsake thee.”

I pray this has blessed you in some way and I am praying for you personally. I'd also like to share this verse with you. It's sort of become my "standby."

Proverbs 16:3
Commit thy works unto the Lord and thy thoughts shall be established.

If you're having trouble focusing on good things and dismissing unwholsome thoughts, make sure everything you do is as unto the Lord. He will give you blessed and pleasant thoughts if you do His work, which could be as simple as just helping one of your family members when they need help. Even if it's small, it's worth it.

In the love of our Lord, Christ Jesus,
-M.H.
