Aug. 6, 2009 - how do we say our good-bye's; do we laugh or cry?
Our vacation was great, but I miss everybody terribly :( We first went to MS to pick up Percy and spend time with my great-aunt and mom's cousins. We hung out at the pool and Bass Pro Shops.

Then we went to AL where we met up with both sides of mom and dad's family. Papa and Whimmey got a new dog and her name is Sally, she is so cute :)

With mom's side of the family, we went bowling, and had tea parties (the boys were obviously not there :P) We also met up w/ some of mom's old school friends.
It was really sad leaving them all. I really think that this was one of the best visits that we ever had with all our family. :(

Then we went to GA where we visited the Wichterselfs!!! (aka, Mari and Chriss's family :) First day there, I got an incredible sunburn at Lake A-la-Tuna (lol).

I'm not hard to miss, I'm the pasty-white one (this was before the sunburn :P) Oh! Guess who I met? When I went to their church, I met (for the second time in my life :) Courtney! Ah, and uh, she also quit her blog :( I'd posts pictures of the teen thang that was held after church, but that was on the other camera :P SEND THE PICTURES MARI!!! I also met a few of their other friends, Anna, Nathan, and Nathan (XD)

We had fun partying at the Wichterselfs. Matt pulled out the kareoke and his guitar, and we partied almost every night there ;) Mari taught me how to text (SO MUCH FUN....) and I bugged all of her poor friends :P Ah, and Mr. Wichterself dressed up as Rod Stewart :D

Leaving our little "family" was heart-wrenching for me. We've gotten so close to them through the years, it gets harder every time we have to go. The last night there, we stayed up until 4:30 a.m. watching Matt, Percy, Chriss, and Julia play Texas Hold 'em. Then we went to bed and stayed up till 5:00. I miss them all so much!

Uh, this is kinda embarassing, but you knew it was coming....I as ying to add somehing o my blog, as in codes, and pressed a wrong button....it erased EVERYTHING!! Could you tell me how to fix up my avatar and teacup photo again? I had to delete the first and fix a new one under the same name. I am ssssssooooooo embarased! I tryed to create my own account at playlist.com, and it woulden let me sign in!
