That's a great list!

My reply to your comment on my blog:

In orchestra I'm a second violinist so if I were first stand first chair I would be principle second violinist. Same with viola, cello, and bass. The lead person is called principle. But concert master is the lead of everybody and takes great amount of practice to be at the point. Concert Master's reasonsiblities include: helping people with tunning, finding sheet music, organizing sheet music, and a few other things I can't seem to remember.

When we all had our first chair test I ended up fourth stand eighth chair. I challenged the person next me and go their spot and when we had our second chair test I moved up another chair. =D I just challenged my stand partner for her seat. If I get it I will be third stand fifth chair.

ttfn,

Jill

P.S. Happy late Thanksgiving!
