oh and 1 more thing...I don't know how 2 fix it, but your 'SimplyMe' link on your friends list takes you to homeschoolblogger.com/SimplyMe, but my blog is homeschoolblogger.com/iamsimplyme. Confusing, I know, but maybe if you changed the name to iamsimplyme it would work??????

Thanks for the comment! I didn't like the conductor in my old orchestra, but I could have lived with that if the kids were nice. They weren't. I think about 3 of them spoke at all to me the entire year. One was really nice, but she came in late and only stayed a couple of months. Another one that was kind of nice would talk to me about once a month and it would be to comment on how long my hair was. Also most of them were about 3 years younger then I was and we played music that was to advanced for us most of the time. He only put us in certaint chairs before performances. I was a 2nd violin, and the first performance I was 2nd chair and at the 2 after that I was 1st. We got substitute conductors fairly often, one of whom was French and could barely communicate what he wanted us to do and the other one couldn't control all the boys, who liked to throw cheez its into the ceiling fans. :p

Oh, and the other kid who talked to me was my stand partner and that was to ask me what song we were playing. I think he would play until Mr. S put his baton down and then he'd go to sleep or something...
