My Mind is a Desert for Ideas
There must be something wrong with me lately. I can't come up with ideas! I want to write something (fictional). I can't think of anything!! I want to post something on my (seemingly neglected) blog. I can't think of anything that I really want to say.

And it is soooo frustrating!!

If i just post random photos stored on my computer that will probably bore you real fast. Of course, maybe I could come up with some fun stories about them... maybe.

When I found out that one of my friends could come up with book plots just from dreaming at night... I was like, That is SO NOT FAIR!!! It didn't make a lot of difference when she assured me that she couldn't just come up with a book plot whenever she wished, though. The fact that she gets any ideas from sleeping is just... not right!

Are any of you having the same problems? Any help for me?

Hey! I have an idea for you!
Here it is!
Okay, so you want to write something, write about you! Like make a short story book, about you! Like funnest moments, or just stuff! I do that when I don't know what to write about, so I have a pretty big book of short storys. It is a lot of fun, and it helps you remember things you did! It is almost like a Journal.

Hope that helps!

P.S., I really agree with you... I am trying to think of something to post, but there really is nothing to post. Maybe it is the Season of " I don't know what to post on my blog season" :D

Anyway, just know, I know how you are feeling... If you have any ideas, let me know... :D

I know just how you feel! I really need to post something on my blog, and I just don't know what. "Think, think, think."

I get story ideas from the craziest things. We passed a neon sign once, and some of the letters were not lit. The ones that were said Adel Crow. I thought it sounded like a name, and so I am now creating a plot for a story involving a young girl named Adel Crow!

Have a very bright, very cheerful day!

You came up with two wonderful ideas for the Backyard! I'm really excited about them and have been thinking about them since Narniagirl forwarded your e-mail to me. Did you dream those ones up? :P

I think it's an art to dream book plots, it all depends on your state of mind when you fall asleep and what your thinking of. I'm still trying to work on it. :D

I do hope your imagination juices start flowing soon for I know there are some good ideas hidden somewhere in that brain of yours!

Alison, I found your Kate Dunlap site. I now read it. Do you still do it? I really like the storys, and I hope it is still up and going!

BTW, I added a feedback. Thanks!

P.S. Please answer back!

I DO know what you're going through! As a writer, I continuously have to MAKE myself try to write... something!

Maybe try writing a chapter summary in a favorite book. Perhaps you could change the characters names to ones YOU prefer... or change how someone responds to someone else in the story and see what happens! Little things like that might get a story started in your mind! Just a suggestion...

Hope you're having a wonderful week!

You know me, I have the same problem. I maybe have a few ideas but I don't have many ideas how to start the story out! I'll sometime take the plunge, but if I keep on SOMETIMING, I'll never do it!

Good night!

Sorry I can't help... mostly because I'm having blogger's block, too. (not writer's block, though... since I'm not a writer. :)

Maybe you could post about... nope. I got nothin'. All I know that helps me get more creative is reading someone else's creativity... in other words, a book. :)

So sorry!
God bless,

I want to see your pictures and want you to put funny captions on them! Such as yesterday Lillie was swinging upsidedown in the swing and her hair was flying everywhere, a funny caption for that would be......I CAN'T DO ANY THING WITH MY HAIR, LOL!
