Special Music
We just finished up our church's special meetings Thursday night. The preaching was excellent each night!

Sunday morning my sisters and I played I Sing the Mighty Power of God on our violins for special music (that's Amy on the piano). I love it, and I can't wait until they're ready to play in church full-time -- with the congregational singing, that is.

That is SO cool! I wish we could have some violins in our music at church, it must really fill it in!
Great work - keep going!
Blessings,

It was beautiful! Great job guys!
btw, I loved your outfit. ; )

Don't worry about not hearing from me, I'm sure by the second, or third week I'll have to talk to a few people for a bit before continuing. If your a good little girl and do NaNo, you might be one of them. :P

I love seeing/hearing you ladies play together too! I am amazed at how well Em is keeping up with the rest of you girls.

Just scrolling down, I didn't realize you went to all that work on getting a group photo made with all 6 of you girls together - with the 4 of you as separate photos. That is neat. You are so talented!

Thanks for being the first one to see our new puppy. Picking a name will be hard...I like Biblical names, but she could also have a German name...or perhaps something simple like "Happy" or "Daisy" or "Rosie". Hmm.

I loved that! I wish I could learn to play the violin. I play the piano but I love the sound of the violin.

Thank you!
I did not find a tutorial online, actually. One of my cousins used to own a ribbon flower shop where she made ribbon flowers for wedding headband and things like that, and my great grandma worked for her, and so my grandma was always giving us ribbon flowers that weren't being used in the shop. When I was younger, I wanted to work for my cousin to ;o) so I tried making one using a book my cousin had published on flower making... and it went from there. it is not SUPER difficult, but it is pretty time-consuming, since you have to hand-sew it all. :o)
