A New Chapter....

Posted in Family Life

Today a new chapter in our life begins.....

   The past seven years we have been living on a second shift schedule. My husband worked from 2:30pm to 10:30pm. We stayed on his schedule, so our Children could have alot of time with daddy. They would get all of the time before work, and then when daddy would come home and bring them up to bed and pray with them. It was nice, But we are so ready to be "normal".. LOL. I cannot remember the last time I was up at 7:30am on a weekday without having something special to go to. I am sooo excited for this change.

   At the same time, Its a little scary. My husbands former job paid really well. We where living comfortably. The pay cut he has had to take is about the amount of a part time job at full time hours- YIKES!! Please just pray for peace for me, I tend to be such a worry wart. Please pray that I am able to just leave this at His feet. I know its just silly to worry because I know the Lord will make sure we have everything we NEED. Especially since we are willing to do everything we need to do to make this work.

   So PLEASE rejoice with us as we Thank the Lord for providing this opportunity for our family. My husband is no longer a machine adjustor- He is now a Carpenter. He is soo happy- I love seeing him Happy :0). This is so great for our family in so many ways.

Praising His Name,

{{Thanks again Dave and Heather!!!}}

{{{Hugs}}}. So excited for you to have a "normal" family life with regular hours. It is such a wonderful change when you are used to a second shift life!

Praying for peace for you!
