Mark your Bible....Are the Scriptures Sufficient?

Posted in Mark your Bible....

My dd-18 and I are in a Bible class on Monday nights. We just started a new study where we come up with a subject and find verses for it, and then mark a trail in our Bible. Your would first find a blank sheet in your Bible or attatch one somehow (this is your so called cheat sheet). Write the number one circled and the topic , then your first verse, go to that verse and write at the end of it a number 1 circled and the next verse. Go to that next verse and at the end of it write the number 1 circled with the next verse, and so forth and so forth. I hope I explained this so that you understand, if not, let me know and I will try again.  So here is our first one we completed....

1. Are the Scriptures Sufficient?

  • 2 Pet. 1:3
  • Rom. 15:4
  • 1 Cor. 10:11
  • 2 Pet. 1:20, 21
  • 2 Sam. 23:2
  • Jn. 14:26
  • Jn. 14:16
  • Jn. 16:13

  • 2 Tim. 2:15

I did something like that in my college days in my soul-winning bible. Had the Romans Road all mapped out so it could easily get me from one verse to the other. Looks like a great study. Nice that you can do that with your daughter.
