It has been 6 whole months sense I have last blogged. I honestly thought no one EVER read it! But, I was talking to my friend Angela today and she said "What happend to you and your blog?! You haven't blogged in a long time" So, this blog is especially for you, Angela! (I told you I would write one!) We are in Alabama for Christmas. (Big surprise huh?) :D We are actually having all of our family over for tomorrow night to celebrate and open presents. We are going to spend OUR Christmas in our home in Florida. :) So we will leave on Wednesday(Needless to say that it's Christmas Eve) to go back to Florida before Thursday. We are going to cook a delicious Christmas lunch and have a great time! I can't wait! This year, I really want it to be more about Christ than it is about opening presents and getting all the latest stuff. I mean, its nice to have new things and to get them. But, I really want it to be about him and about how amazing God is that he planned this whole world. Its beyond our human minds to even begin to understand how he planned to have a son born to save our sins. He is an amazing God and he deserves to have this day to be his! I was reading over past blog's of mine and I sure did talk about Kayla alot!! I got tired of reading it after a while. I dont know why I just blogged randomly all the time! hahaha. oh well. lots of good memories in there. Well Angela, I hope you liked this blog. I'm sure u are the ONLY one who will read it. We finally arrived in Alabama, with what seems like took forever!!!!! We got here at about 4 today. We LEFT at 9 in the morning!!! It took us 7 whole hours with Shayla!!! Goodness Gracious! But, the best part of all was, meemaw's air conditioner tore up about half an hour into the ride!!!! So, we drove 7 whole hours in this hot car, and its 100 degrees outside. REALLY! It was 98 degrees outside, and we had our windows down the whole time just about to dye from dehydration!!!! We stopped about 4 times! On the last stop, I had been asleep previously and wasn't drinking any of the water we had bought. I got up and we went in this little country restaurant shop thingy to feed Shay.I had felt REALLY weak when I was getting out of the car but I didn't know why. We ordered Ice COLD Water and I drank the whole thing in like 5 min. It was SO good! After I had drank that whole glass of water, I announced, "I FEEL BETTER"!!! LOL! Then, I realized, I was VERY dehidrated!! It was so funny to mom and meemaw that I sucked it down SO fast!! But, after I drank the whole thing, I wasn't thirsty ANYMORE! By the time we got home, we were drenched in our own sweat! It was the most aweful trip I have EVER taken! I thought it would be fun to share!!!! :-) L8ta! Aleala |

Hey! Today meemaw came down for the week! Yay! She will be here until next Saturday. We are all actually going to leave with her to go back to Alabama on Saturday. We will be down there for about a week and a half. Something like that. Then, she'll come back with us the NEXT Sunday. That is all I know right now. She'll go back to Alabama w/o us following her back though! But, I am looking forward to having her with us practically the whole month!!!! This is a great way to be starting out the summer!!!! I have been to Kayla's house like 10 times already and summer has just begun. Its amazing. All of her other friends are still in school though cause their in public school. I guess when they get out, we wont be getting together as much. But, I'll be busy a lot this month anyway, so thats good. I hope we can see each other soon though! I have a new name, its aleala. Me and my friend came up with it. We came up with hers too! LOL! Her's is Kwelsey! We were just brainstorming! lol! It was alot of fun. We did it when she spent the night. I'll try to write soon!! Hey, Guess what?!?!?! Its FINALLY, OFFICIALLY SUMMER! It has been summer for me for a while, but now all of my friends are done, and now summer really begins!!!!!! I have waited ALL school year for this and now its actually here! I can sleep in late and go to bed late and stay at friends houses and invite friends over and everything!! Its the FULL package! Awe, how sweet summer is! For this summer, I have decided that I am going to start working out. I have a little "pouch" hanging onto my stomach that I want to LOSE! So, I have started walking about 2 miles, lifting weights and just doing some basic exercises. I am going to start doing work out tapes instead of walking when I feel like I have gotten bored of walking. I am determined to keep it up!! I went to Kayla's house as planned for that week. She invited me over Thursday! The day started out by Kayla and I and her 2 brothers, Brandon and Alex, all going to the boys tennis lesson for that morning. Kayla and I walked for like an hour and talked while they did their tennis lesson. We also did lunges. Let me tell u, I was KILLER sore the day after!!!! I could barely walk! So, I didn't get any exercise that day! LOL! I could barely move much less work out! LOL! After that, we went home and Kayla and I played games for a while. We had lunch and the boys decided they wanted to play a game or 2. We all ended up playing Catch Phrase Jr. LOL! They have the original. And I had the original Jr so we were going to test out the Jr and see just how much easier it was! The one they had was really really hard! lol. We all went swimming later that day. For dinner, we went to sonic and got milkshakes with our meals. I ordered a chocolate milkshake! Yum! I have been craving one and so that just landed right up my alley! hehe It was a really great day! She wants to have the sleepover sometime soon. Maybe this week. MAYBE! Probably not, but just maybe. I am also going to celebrate a different friends Birthday!!!!!!!! She'll be 14! No FAIR!! I am only 12! That sucks, BIG TIME!!! We are gonna go see The Chronicles Of Narnia 2, Prince Caspian. WHOOO! hahaha. I have been dying to see it and it presented itself to me! I am lucky! Mom and dad are going to go see it when meemaw comes down! We didn't know how we were going to do it with the baby! But, now that I am going with a friend, they can just wait for their sitter. Shayla ROLLED OVER, for the first time yesterday! She's only 3 weeks old!!!!! Momma was outside and daddy was at work, so only I had the opportunity to witness it!!! She was getting mad cause no one was holding her so she started kicking and she pushed herself over She has come close before, and we were on the lookout and alert for when it would actually happen! And it finally did!!!!! Yay!! I'm SO proud of her!! She seems to be getting so big. She needs to shrink back down! Well, I've had all of the summer fun staying up late I can take! Hey everyone! Well, Shayla is doing great! She had her first doctors visit the other day and that went pretty well. Her health is really good and everything else is normal, no problems!!! I was glad to hear that! I actually went to a friends house, Kayla's. I go to her house a lot. We mostly played games all day. We played scrabble and now I'm hooked. I made mom play today! I had to play that game, I was just dying :) I got like 264 and she got 260, so I beat her by only 4 points! lol. It was actually fun!!! I was very satisfied once we were done. I actually find myself obsessing over little things alot! It seems as though anyway....I don't know. But, I did have a GREAT time at Kaylas! She is THE best friend I have EVER had!! I hope we can see each other this week. She said she wanted me to come over and she'd call me. We'll see what happens....On our sleepover, we're supposed to paint Alex's toes while he's sleeping! LoL! Great prank and it will leave alot of memories for when I have to leave. (Sigh...) I really don't want to move! I like it here now that we have lived here for sometime. I just had to adjust! Hey, looks like I didn't keep my 2 week thing. LOL. The baby was born though. She was born the 30th at 6:30 FL time. She is GEORGOUS. 8 pounds 21". She was a big baby. But, she is still adorable. She has had some pretty good nights lately! Sometimes she doesn't burp when she is fed so then her tummy hurts and she gets REALLY fussy. That equals up to a bad night. (Most of the time anyway) That's happend alot! :) Other times, she is a GREAT baby! I think I've only changed like 6 or 7 diapers. YAY! LOL. It isn't as bad as I thought though. I have to wash and make the bottles also. I like that part! Its fun to me! Good thing too cause I am going to have to do it until she starts eating real food. I was going to post pics but I can't get them to work! Sorry guys! I have a pottery class tomorrow. I am excited. Last week we made a "pinch pot" with "coils" or something like that. It turned into a really big bowl. So, she said u could use it for cereal or anything u want too. If the weather is nice, then we can go swimming. She has a medium sized pool. Its fun! I also get to see my friend Jazmine. She is taking the class also. She likes it just as much as I do. Its right up her Alley. Then on Tuesday, I get my bottom braces on! ICK! My mouth is going to be absolutely full of METAL!!!!! I am soooo not looking forward to Tuesday. But, I keep telling myself, the sooner u get them on, the faster those 2 years will pass! Hopefully, I will be able to eat SOME! I am planning on SOUP for the next 4 days! LOL. To me the second and third day are the worst. I'll get through it though! Wish me luck! We received another present for Shay and me in the mail yesterday. It was from some of my dad's family. They sent us a few outfits for Shay. One of them was an adorable bathing suit. Another one of them was a new born outfit. It is purple and my mom's favorite color is purple so she loved it!! That might be her coming home outfit. We aren't sure about that though. They sent me a shirt from hollister. It was a sea green shirt with the words hollister on it. It's g-o-r-g-e-o-u-s!!! My favorite store to go shopping for clothes is hollister so I was excited that I got a shirt from that store. It still has the scent that you can smell when you first buy it! lol. I know that sounds weird but I LOVE that scent!! (If you have ever been to hollister, you'll know what I mean) But, it is a really expensive store, so I don't get to go often... My family and I are supposed to be going to have dinner with Kayla's family sometime this week. I don't know when but we told them when my dad is off and Kayla's mom is most likely going to call us sometime soon. I cannot wait. I think I'll wear my new shirt to their house! LOL. I am really excited about that part. I am anxious to know when they'll ask us also. My mommy is due in 2 weeks. YAY! She is getting so incredibly close!!! My grandma will be coming down for when she has the baby. I think only a week though. :( Speaking of which, we toured the hospital a few days ago. It was so fun. I have a thing for hospitals though! I just think they are the coolest thing for some reason. The hospital has a really good system for the babies. They don't let you see the babies through the window b/c they have had some people steal them. They also have it where the whole family wears an arm bracelet and the baby has one on his leg and if the baby gets near the door, the alarm will go off. I thought that was neat. Good idea too. The only bad thing about the rooms is that they don't have DVDs. That is ok, but DVDs are SO popular that a lot of people don't even use VCRs anymore. They have TVs and VCRs. So, we wont be there but a day or two. So, we might not even watch movies. But, I think I will. We shall see....... My new thing is doing a blog every 2 weeks. That might not last with the baby being here and all but I will try to keep it going. *Lena* |

Hey, I have not written sense March, 9th! It's already April 8th!!!! Tomorrow will make it 1 whole month sense I have written a blog! How bad am I???? I cannot believe it! Goodness!!!! Sooo, I have A LOT to say! This is going to be a REALLY long blog. (Warning) I went to my friend Kayla’s house this past Sunday. She wanted me to go to her youth group! I decided I would go and in return, had a really good time! I was really glad I went. The youth pastor gave a 30 min sermon and then we all played in the other part of the church. Kayla, Alex, Brandon (the 2 brothers she has) and I played foosball for a while. It was a lot of fun! My mom got a TON of stuff from her 2 baby showers in I have been doing testing for the past 2 days. Tomorrow is my last day doing testing. Incase you don’t know, testing is where you take a BIG test on all of the stuff you have been learning in school. It is just divided up into all of the different subjects and you are timed on each section. It is a lot of fun to me! But, it gets boring. The only fun part about it is break and watching my friend’s brother (Alex, as in Kayla’s brother) jump almost every time the dinger goes off. For some reason, he is really jumpy to certain things. It is hilarious to me! LOL. I sit right in front of him. So, it is awkward after we both finish a test early and then we have nothing to look at so we are constantly looking around the room trying not to look at each other. Cause, we aren’t really like friends. We are in a way I guess, but not enough to like look at each other and mouth words to each other like a girl would do with a girl. LOL But, he is a guy and so it is weird sitting there having nothing to do! LOL. I mean, we do both have books, but I never get mine out. I don’t like reading in other places than at home.
Yesterday, I received a package in the mail. It was for mainly Shayla. (Incase you don’t know, that is what we are naming the unborn baby’s name) It was from my mom’s friend that lives all the way across the world! She lives in I have decided not to do gymnastics any more. I am not learning anything new when I go. They don’t teach you new things. It is just the same thing every single time. It’s getting old. I don’t know what sport I am going to do now. I don’t even know if I am going to do a sport. It is all messed up. I went to the orthodontist and I get my bottom braces on next month. Joy. I am not looking forward to it! I already have a top set and now I am getting a bottom set and I also have my two stupid herpst rods in my mouth. So, I will have a mouth FULL of metal. Literally. I am not excited!!!!!! Uhhhhhhhhh……. Well, I have to go get ready for bed now. I have testing in the morning so I need to be in bed pretty early so I can get a good night’s sleep. Yesterday, I went to one of my BEST friends’ house. I had so much fun! She has 2 other brothers so we all played Uno and poker. We played a few games of Uno but we played ALOT of poker. Oh, and by the way not with money. With the chips though. I can’t wait to go back over there. We hadn't been able to get together in a WHILE, like I am talking like 3 to 4 months. She is so creative and her brothers are game for anything. They are all really fun and care free. They asked me to stay for dinner and told me they were going to go to pizza hut. I had to call and ask my mom and she said sure. Now, by this time we all got kinda bored and started to play poker. Their parents were telling us to wrap it up but we were still learning how to play. So they offered to order it so we could eat at the house that way we could attempt to finish our poker game. LOL. We watched a movie while we ate also. It was called "They Final Inquiry". I didn’t really think it was going to be a good movie but it turned out to be very interesting. It was either that or "Beowulf". Which, I KNEW I wouldn’t be able to watch that. :) I hung out with a bunch of girls in a home school Christian girls group the other day. It is the Christian version of the girl scouts. It is really fun. Our lesson was on sewing sachets. (Otherwise pronounced as sashae) We used sewing machines instead of sewing by hand. I did a pearly purple colored one. It was a really great experience and I had a blast. I told my mom I wanted to take up sewing but she didn’t say anything. I wonder what that means...... Hey! It seems like I’m NEVER on here anymore! It's true, I'm not! lol. Sense I haven’t blogged in a while, I have ALOT to say! I’m just preparing you! In the last few weeks, we’ve had company down at our house. It was my dad's brother and his wife along with their kids. They have 3 kids. 2 girls, one my age and one 6 I think. 1 boy my age. Both of them are a tad bit younger than me though. We all went to Sea World while they were here. The only one who didnt go was my mommy. She thought she wouldn’t be able to handle walking around for the whole day. So, she interpreted instead. We had a REALLY fun time at Sea World. The last time I went to Sea World, I thought it was a bore! I just couldn’t get any fun out of it for some reason! So I was kinda dreading going. But, It was just because I didn’t really have anyone my age there. That was the main problem. When I went though, I had a really good time! The most fun I had there was watching the Killer Whale show. I thought that was the BOMB! It was SO C%L! I just recently got "spacers" put into my stupid messed up mouth. I am having such a horrible time in life latley because of my mouth!!! With the braces, and the spacers. I get the spacers off next Tuesday but, then get a new appliance put into my mouth! Then sometime after that I am supposed to get my bottom row of braces! I am so mad! I hate my mouth! (Sigh) These spacers are KILLING me! LITERALLY!!!!!!!! I am dying! lol. Kidding. But, it sure feels like they are. I can’t tell you just how sore........Well, actually I can! I can’t eat French fries from chick Fila. I can hardly eat anything! I am soooooo upset, I can’t find anything to eat! I have to find something soft. The only thing I can think of is SOUP. But, soup doesn’t feel me up. Because I have to have chicken noodle cause I prefer it because it is the softest soup we have. I can’t really have any meat. I am picky with these things. I have to chew with my 2 front teeth. Which by the way, I have made sore by chewing! I am having a really hard time. The spacers make me want to grind my teeth. But, I wouldn’t DARE let my teeth TOUCH each other for the sake of my pain. But, they say today is supposed to be they day that is the worst. Maybe it will be a TAD (Just a tad) bit better tomorrow. I am taking medicine for it, but it doesn’t seem to help at all today! It's weird! Well, I am sure I have bored you with my complaining but I had to let it out somehow. LOL Sorry....... My mom and I had a field trip today with one of the home school groups today. We went to take a tour at the golden flake factory. (This if you didn’t get that, it is where they make potato chips) We got to see where they stored the potatoes they use to make the potatoes. Where they "Peel" the potatoes, cut them to make them in potato chip form, and where they grease them. LOL. It was a really neat experience. I liked it. They gave us freshly made potato chips at the end in bags to take home. It was REALLY loud in the factory. I wasn’t too impressed with the chips at the end cause I cant eat them. (Paragraph above this one) Well, I am STARVING! I think I am going to have roman noodles. I pronounce them ramen. lol. Then maybe for desert some Oreos dipped in milk so they're soggy! Hey everyone! How are all of yall doin? I am doing great! So, how many of yall want to know what I did on my birthday?? I bet many! So, to start off the day, I got up at around 7. My dad was leaving that morning to go to work. My mom and I got ready to leave around 10, maybe. It was somewhere around there though. We got ready, left, and headed out to go to I can’t wait until I get to see my Meemaw! I get to see her in March for half of the month. Homeschooling REALLY pays off. I mean, we have been blessed to be able to go down to My mom’s friend, Kristy, gave us a 20 dollar Wal-Mart gift card for Christmas. She told us to go and get a family game with it. That was the purpose of the card. So, we went to Wal-Mart and were looking around and every game (except for a few) that we saw, we had! But, there was this game that we didn’t have. We had played it with some friends of my mom and dads from the church we went to when we were in My mom and I have started a 500 piece puzzle. It is called "Raining Cats and Dogs". LOL. It is ALOT harder than we thought it was going to be. LOL. She told me right before she went to bed last night; you better finish that puzzle, so I don’t! She has been having terrible back pains because she has been leaning over that puzzle for the last couple of days! I feel bad for her. I have gotten to a point on the puzzle that I can’t seem to get anymore puzzle pieces! It gets REALLY aggravating! We have finished that one and started a new puzzle! Hey, Wow.....I was just reading when my last blog was and I remember that in particular day. That was a LONG time ago. I was having a great day! I have been in I spent the day with my Aunt Vicky & my Maw-maw one day. I think it was this last Friday (Not the 18th. The one before that. It was the 11th. So, back to the things we did. She came and got me at around The first part of my visit, my mom didn’t come down until the first week and a half was over. I was happy when she did come though. I was happy to see her belly! I had a GREAT Chrismas! I got a shirt from bells, a polkadotted travel bag with a matching make-up bag, a game called groove it, fake eyelashes(Yes thats right, fake eyelashes!), a game called simon sticks, playdough(that was just for fun.), a necklace that has an "a" on it including matching earrings, and a punch needle that has a design to go with it. I think my favorite thing that I got was my polkadotted make-up bag with the matching travel bag. The day after Christmas my mom's friend Hila came down. She is still here. Tonight we had appatizer night. It is just where we have 3 kinds of appatizers and 3 dessert appatizers. It was SOOO yummy! We had a good time. While she has been here, we have played Catch Phrase Junior & Taboo Junior. My Mom, Hila, and I are all leaving tomorrow. Hila is going back to Alabama. Mom and I are going to my Aunt Sara's b/c my meemaw and pawpaw are down. I think we will be leaving after lunch. So, my mom and I are going to stay until Monday morning. I am REALLY excited!!!! I can't wait till I see MEEMAW! (and everyone else of course) My meemaw is going to bring down all of my presents that she got me. I am going to open them infront of everyone. I LOVE opening presents. I just got 2 new games for my nintendo. I got Cake Mainia & Mario Cart. I play them NON-STOP. I am really on it ALL the time. Hey, we found out the gender of the baby!!!!!! ITS A GIRL!!!!!! Just what I wished for!!! I am soooo excited! Me and mom can finally go shopping, start crostitching, and stuff like that!!! I can't wait till she is actually born! Of course, it will kind of be hard. But, It will be worth it! We are actually going to go to Ocala tomorrow to shop for the baby!! You know what? I never can think of what to title my blog so this time I just put "Whatever". LOL I don't like leaving it blank ALL the time, so I try and think of something to put there. Lately I have just been putting "Hmmm....... But, I have used that sooo many times, I didn't want to use it again. Ok, I don't want to bore you. We only have 5 more days till we FINALLY get to know the gender!!! That would be on the 18th. On the 19th we are going to have some friends of ours come down. They are leaving on the 21st. On the 26th, My moms friend is coming down. She is leaving on the 29th. We are also leaving that day too to go to my Aunt Sara's house because my grandma will already be down there. So we are meeting them at Aunt Sara's house and then I am some how going to go to I have really noticed on some peoples blogs that they are really criticizing people the way that they celebrate Christmas. I think it is wrong. They say that some people just buy so many things that that is not the right way to celebrate Christmas. There is not right or wrong. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I mean, it isn't wrong to shop for you kids. But, some people do forget what Christmas is all about. Some people's blogs say that putting up your Christmas tree isn't really spiritual. There is NOTHING wrong with that either. I don't get it. I know that some people go overboard with some things. But, it is nothing to criticize about, at least I don't think. I think that giving presents and seeing the look on their face and even just giving presents is good. In some homes,(Including mine) the dad or mom reads the Christmas story from the bible and then they take turns opening presents. I think that it is good to sit around as a family and be able to have Christmas presents and to be able to fellowship with each other. Anyway, g2g. I am going 2 eat dinner. *

My family and I only have 1 week total till we know the sex!!!!! I am soo happy! yay......I hope its a girl for my sake. I think we will all be blessed with whatever we are givin though. I went to my friend Jazmine's house yesterday. My mom had to work and so I stayed with them. I had to get up at like, 7:45! It was CRAZY! I had a rough day, but only cause I was sooooo exhausted. I am used to sleeping until 9 or 10. (Sometimes 11, which is bad b/c it is on week days and we have school!) Jazmine is 13. I am really close to her in age. I am almost 12! WOOOHHHOOOO! We had alot of fun. We made Christmas cards, baked a cake(didn't really bake it, just ate it), & played in the chatroom on vertual school. We did alot of things from 8:30 till 12 or 1. My mom actually droped me off at 8:40 and picked me back up at 3:45. Of course, I had to do school which took up alot of time to do. Has anyone not put up there christmas tree yet? I think me and my grandma did it the day after Thanksgiving. We only did it so early is cause I wanted to do it while meemaw was here. Speaking of which, I am going to see meemaw in about 3 weeks. I am leaving Jan. 1st or 2nd and coming back around the 18th. I am staying for 2 weeks. YAYA!! If you haven't put up your christmas tree, then give me a holla just for fun. On Thursday, my dad and I went to the Then On Friday, me and daddy got up at 8:50 AM!! That is really early for me. I usually get up at 9:30 or 10. I used to get up at 9 but me and mom have been out of routine. Anyway, we got up at 8:50, I got dressed and then we left to go to Which High School Musical movie do you guys like best, 1 or 2? I read that they are already filming 3!!! I can't wait till it comes out!!!! Ok, well g2g! ttyl! |
