RR is for...
Well, there are no words that start with RR. But there are several common words that have rr in the middle... one of which is carro = car. Take out one r, change it to caro and it means expensive. Another one is perro = dog. Take out one r, change it to pero and it means but.
So, be careful when rolling your r's!
Carro
This car shows up in lots of our pictures. It has been such a blessing to our ministry here in Peru! We've been through a lot with this car, and sometimes with something this common you forget how much you depend on it. When it breaks down, it's really something. It is 20 years old but only had 15,000 miles on it when we bought it. It now has over 50,000. We had an extra seat made to for the back to fit our growing family. It's not new, it leaks at the windows, has a really squeeky seat, is super loud when you rev it, is dented in multiple places, the upholstery's about had it, the stereo is non-functional... but we like it.
Praise the Lord for cars.
