Jun. 7, 2006 - school's out

   Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Tomorrow is the last day of school!  I can't wait to not have to get up in the morning and rush out the door with no time to focus   on the Lord.  Now I need to really get serious about homeschooling.  I still have no idea what curriculum I am going to use but I am leaning towards unit studies. 

My girls love to read so it will definatley need to be literature based. 

But the most important aspect of the curriculum is that the Bible is the number one focus.  That the day begins in God's word and the majority of the studies are based upon the Lord and living our lives for Him.  I am looking into Heart of Wisdom but it is for 4th grade up and I will be homeschooling a 2nd grader as well as my 5th grader.  It would be great to hear about your experiences with unit studies!  <>< Antoinette
