Sad Day

Dear Precious One, Today is a hard day.  Your Grandma Jean died last night. She has been battling cancer for 10 years, but was actually not in the end stages. Apparently there is a 1% chance of an allergic reaction to this particular chemo. She was the 1% and went into shock while they were administering the chemo and died. She was a beautiful Christian woman, we rejoice in the knowledge that she is with the Lord, but we really selfishly wanted her here a whole lot longer!  I am so sad that you are not old enough to really have known her.  I am glad she survived the last 10 years after she was diagnosed with Cancer so your brother and sister had a chance to know her.  She was such a special lady.  She made all our lives more beautiful with her love and her faithful prayers.  I don’t think anyone else has ever prayed for me as much as Grandma Jean!  We all loved her and our family will have a large hole in it with out her.   XOXO, Mommy June 2005 You, your brother and sister, Dad and Grandma Jean when she last visited us. All 16 of Grandma Jeans grandkids when we were last together in January.
