Is there a better way to end the day than a nice cup of hot chocolate? We use 3 cups of milk, 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder (just plain organic baking cocoa) 2 Tablespoons of sugar (pure maple syrup works well too, but I usually use sugar out of habit) and a new trick a friend just shared was to add 1 T of cocnut oil. It makes it extra yummy!
