I first tried this at a Pampered Chef party I had and have been hooked ever since!
Harvest Salad:
lettuce(or spinach-this was our first spinach from our garden for this year)
2 cups diced roasted chicken
1 cup diced celery
2 medium apples diced
1/4 c diced red onion
3/4 cup craisins
1/2 cup pecans
dressing: juice of 2 oranges(1/2 c), 1/3 c mayonnaise, zest of one orange(2 t), 2 T dijon mustard, 2 T sugar, 1/4 t salt 1/4 t pepper 1 garlic clove pressed. Wisk together pour over salad.
