Since we'll be making them at "Cookie Day" I wanted to go ahead and get the recipe out there!
These are seriously the BEST brownies in the ENTIRE world!
Brownies:
3 ¼cups chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
1/3 t coffee powder
1 T vanilla extract
½ cup plus 1 T wheat flour
1 ½ t baking powder
½ t salt
1 ½ cups chopped walnuts
3 eggs
1 c sugar (I use sucanat)
Melt butter and chocolate, add sugar egg, vanilla and coffee. Mix dry ingredients, then toss walnuts until coated. Combine wet and dry ingredients. Pour into greased glass baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Will be crumbly, refrigerate then slice, serve cold.
