My pot pie is super easy!
Just cook cut up chicken breast in cream of chicken soup (how ever much you prefer, my husband prefers it really saucy) (either in crock pot or stovetop). Add that to frozen veggies of choice, and shredded cheddar. Bake according to directions of your pie crust.
