Nov. 28, 2007 - BFS - Assignment #1

I actually completed this assignment on time, but inadvertently deleted it from my blog, so here it is again. I am going to try and catch up on all of the assignments that I have missed, so stay tuned.
The Assignment:
A. Give a brief introduction paragraph on how you got started blogging and your personal goals for journaling.
My first blog was at Homeschool Blogger almost 2 years ago. It was a great success with a whopping 1 entry! I gave blogging another try when my hubby bought me a MAC. It was super easy and I actually blogged more than once, though far from consistently. Then at the beginning of the school year I decided to give it one more try. I had the best of intentions, but as you can read in my previous entry, Life just gets in the way sometimes. I haven't lost hope though; I am determined to create my own little niche in the blogging community.
My goal in blogging is to create a place where I can meet other mom's with similar interests and create a place where family and friends can come to see what we are up to.
B. Share a "dream" place to blog in picture if you can. My dream place to blog would be on the porch of a cabin in the mountains overlooking a beautiful array of fall foliage.
C. Answer some questions to tell us more about you:
1. What time do you usually blog?
I am shamelessly addicted to my computer, but I don't have a particular time that I like to blog. I guess whenever I feel inspired.
2. What is your favorite drink?
At one point I would have said Coke, but in recent weeks I have been drinking Pepsi with Lime. I also enjoy an occasional White Chocolate Mocha.
3. What is your favorite book?
I don't necessarily have a favorite book, but here are a few of my favorite authors: Beverly Lewis, Elizabeth George, Max Lucado.
4. What is your favorite dessert?
Ice Cream

5. Share a scripture that has been an inspiration in your growth with Christ.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer adn petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
