history of the Pilgrims, “Of Plymouth Plantation.”

whole nation; let the glorious name of Jehovah have all the praise.”

This Thanksgiving we all need to focus on the things that make/made our country great in first place and remember that God has truly blessed us in so many ways. It is amazing that so many who have gotten lazy about praying for our country have been  "woke up" by this election. Truly this is a wake up call to us Christians, if we don't stand in the gap, our country will loose God's favor. I think the way things go from here is not up to Obama,  it truly is up to the church (Christian). Yes, we all know that what is written in  Revelations will happen but I believe that the timing is up to the church  and it will happen a lot faster if we sit back and get spiritually lazy. God is waiting for the church (Christians) to take responsibility for what WE have let this nation become because of our compromises. As you know God is a gentleman and he does not force his will on people (nations). We have chosen  as Christians to look away and make excuses for sin in this nation. Instead of standing up and showing Gods light to the world we have tried to become just like them, till the only difference between us and them is we go to church on Sundays. I challenge you just as I challenge myself to take a good and honest evaluation of the things we watch, listen to, joke about, teach our kids, think in our minds, spend our time on, and gossip to each other. There is not a conference, sermon, or retreat that can do this for us, we know what to do, we have heard it over and over again. We can all pretend to be so spiritual  and never make a difference or we can dare to be different and change the way our world is going right now. It is up to us how things turn out from here. God is waiting for his bride to respond to his wooing, lets respond before we have let things go too far. . He is waiting for us to grow up and stop acting like little children both spiritually and mentally. We have got to stop being fearful...fearful of what will happen, fearful of what people think of us, fearful of failing, fearful of not having, fearful of being different ect. Maybe I am only speaking to myself, if am I am keep me in your prayers; if not then please do not take this as condemnation take it as a challenge and be  the person God made you to be.
