The Two Birthday Surprises I Got Were...

Posted in Daily bread

...Very awsome.  The one I explained to everybody a few posts ago turned out to be in Tallahassee.  It was a Sugarland and Brad Paisley concert!  What a wonderful father I have!  And the second was about three days after my birthday when my dad had come back from a business meeting,  and it was, of all things for a very clumsy child, an Armitron watch! It is much more complicated than my old watch and after 3 days of having it I still can't figure out this crazy thing.  It is very frusterating.   I am very grateful for it, and espesially proud of the great parents that I have.

Nov. 19, 2005 - Happy Belated Birthday!

It's always such a joy to come to your site and see that you have written a new post. You have got to be one of the most grateful young men I've ever had the privilege of meeting -- online or otherwise! I can only pray that my boys will grow up to be as thoughtful, kind, and mature. Your mom is very blessed, and from what I can see, you are also quite blessed to have the mom and dad you do. What a nice b-day surprise from your dad! I hope you figure out that new watch of yours soon! ;-)

Dec. 4, 2005 - Yes, I have got it now,

It took long enough, but it was worth it. I did make a lot of mistakes when I first got it, like the time I set it on military time by holding "adj." and pressing "st/stp" at the same time(it was an atempt to set the right time again).
