Sep. 20, 2009 - From the Henhouse
Here is an update on the chickens. They are almost full grown, and we expect to find eggs any day now! They have officially 'graduated' the starter feed and are eating laying feed.
We have one dominant hen, a yellow one, who always leads the show! This hen finds my camera very interesting and loves to play tug-a-war with the hand strap. I try to focus on her up close before she reaches the strap, she is usually faster than me and so her pictures turn out somewhat blurry but very funny!
