Well, I've been reading Twilight for a whole two days now. I'm only HALF-WAY through it! Haha. I'm hooked and I really want to borrow the next book. I'm actually liking Jacob at the moment...don't get me wrong, Edward is beautiful in my mind's eye. But so is Jacob and he seems more...friendlier, less-awkward. Anyways, don't want to give out anything but yeah...I agree with a majority of the fans of the book- Bella is really aggrevating. HA!
For about two weeks we've been ready for this. We went to a Latin Mass, an hour-and-a-half away, and let me tell you!
It was one of the most beautiful things I've ever experienced. It was truly what the Mass should be like...and thanks to Pope Benedict XVI it's going to be insisted upon. I hope we turn all the way around and have nothing BUT Latin Mass.
I mean, I've NEVER worn a Church veil. It's a must in a Latin Mass, so I did today, I loved it. I know God is in our Church at home, but in this Church I felt like I respected that he was there. It made me feel that it was official, he was there and I'd better be paying attention! Haha.
This is completely random, but the new video over on my right side is an amazing video called "Where the heck is Matt?" It was 14 months in the making and Matt visited 42 countries with a cast of thousands that danced with him. It's actually inspirational. You should give it a try. Plus, the music and scenery is amazing.
I cannot believe that I forgot to mention my new phone I'm getting on monday. I am so excited. Yes, you are probably thinking- didn't she just get a phone for her birthday in april? and the answer is yes, I did. But my good and awesome MOM got me a razor-lookalike. haha and I get UNLIMITED text messages, UNLIMITED favorite number call. AND FREE nights (starting at 9:01pm and ending 5:59am) AND WEEKENDS! I AM SO EXCITED. IT'S COMING MONDAY!
One of my best guy friends- John-David called me Thursday night and I told him about how I get to text now. And he has unlimited texting too, and he wanted to see how many he'd used and it was 3,800 and he's only had texting for three weeks! Haha. I think I may try to beat his record. =P
Omggg. I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MONDAY!
AND TUESDAY I'm spending the night at my best friend Shannon's house cause its her birthday party. =D
I was just wondering if any of you have read the Twilight Saga. All of my friends have highly recommended this book. I started reading it last night when me and my friends were chilling at Barnes and Nobles. Of course they picked up Eclipse (the third book in the saga) and I grabbed Twilight. I got to page twenty-five. Totally sucked into the story so soon. I went home at nine, and as I picked up Volume One of Sherlock Holmes I found myself wanting to read Twilight more and how I should've bought it.
Today, hopefully I can swing by wal-mart and grab me a copy. Though I'm not entirely sure if my mother is thrilled with this, I've tried explaining what I know about the saga to her. She seems to have let up about that.
I'm hoping that anyone who has read these books will leave me a comment about them. I would really apprechiate it!
Jun. 16, 2008 - *sings* I got to meet demon hunter........and living sacrifice!
Oh yesss.
The concert was AMAZING. Almost a broken nose from a stage diving maniac...and several bruises from the most pits. BUT STILL. I got to meet demon hunter, living sacrifice and famine after the concert! =))
Didn't bring my camera...which kinda sux. But I don't care. It's still all good in the hood.
Yeah. So here in about forty minutes I'm off with one of my best girl friends and a few of my best guy friends and we're going to go see Demon Hunter. Chris had gotten the tickets for us back in April. They were only $25, which isn't bad at all. Considering how Ashlee Simpson tix were around $60.
Don't hold that against me, cause I didn't buy the Ashlee Simpson tix. My best friend did for my birthday. Haha.
I haven't been to a concert in SO long. I really miss them! When my Uncle from Iowa was down here for the family reunion he told me how Memphis is May went and how he had to leave right before My Chemical Romance played because he said he was too old standing out there in the rain for bands. I was like-- WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! ITS MCR! But then again, he has seen them play several times before. =D
The last "Big" concert I went to was Nintendo Fusion Tour (October 06), and then the next Concert was "ShoutFest" which was last October. >.< Yeah, I'm well overdue for a concert. Since they've shut down the "powerhouse" a local Christian concert place shut down. There just isn't anything going on. =(
The other concert places in town are pretty bad. I've been to "Ghost town" which is scary. But yeah, I won't go on about that venue.
Anyways, just thought I'd let you guys know where I'm heading. And yeah, I'm gonna take Bill Kaulitz off my display picture as soon as I can make the one I want of me up there look good. =P
Thanks to my friend Elena who gave "Arms of Love" to me as a graduation present I have thourougly enjoyed it. It is one of the best book I've read in a very long time. It's one of those books that you can't put down.
Again, it's called "Arms of Love" by Carmen Marcoux...I highly reccomend you read it. It's about chastity and courtship in a very wonderful story of a young man who, while falling in love with a devoute Christian becomes one.
I had a blast. We went to the shedd aquarium and hung out with relatives and stuff. Aunt Pat and Uncle Ugenes house was a wreck from remodeling. But when we got there we helped make everything livable. Well, somewhat livable. LOL. It wasn't bad. I mean, me and Courtney slept in the basement like we always do. We had a 50" television and a PS2 and all the channels we wanted so...we were happy.
We watched a marathon of The bachelor for like two days. And we watched 2 episodes of Family Guy everynight. Bubba and Sissy (the pomeranians) were so good this year. They didn't bark at all...why? Its this nifty thing called SHOCK COLLARS. Sounds mean, but omg I want one for when I get a tiny dog.
I am so excited. For two major reasons. NUMBER ONE is that I ordered Tokio Hotel's new cd "Scream" today! They are absolutely my new favorite band. NUMBER TWO I leave for vacation two days early..TOMORROW! YAY! I need to pack and wash stuff and stuff so this isn't going to be very long.
Lead singer of Tokio Hotel...total hottie. I was like, oh em gee. Forget Gerard. Yea, you know me and my Gee. This is such a big deal. LOL. But I mean come ON...he's gorgeous. Oh btw. his name is Bill Kaulitz.
There is nothing much going on here, waiting for our Family to arrive at our house. Drinking a Mountain Dew Code Red- My absolute favorite soft drink of all time. Hrm. Or I could write- Sitting here staring at her blog with a Code Red sitting to her left, her eyes darted across the screen as her fingers fell to the keys, she wrote.
Lol. I don't know.
The other day I went band hunting on PureVolume.com and stumbeled across "Tickle Me Pink" a quartet of drop-dead gorgeous guys. I also found 2*Sweet, the lead singer is beautiful. He reminds me of a cleaned up Davey Havoc/ Jared Leto. Yeaaaa. ;D
These last few days I've felt awful, no, I'm not talking about allergies- even though I have them bad right now. On the inside I feel like I've been a monster. I've carelessly torn apart someone, and moved on as though nothing has happened. That might just be me, but another part of me is extremely proud of myself. I never help myself before caring for others. But this time I put me and my feelings first, I've stuck up for myself and made my life better.

I'm super excited about this weekend and the next. This weekend is our cookout and the next is when I'm leaving (by myself) on vacation with Courtney and Aunt Cindy and Uncle Craig. Today I have to take the movies back or whatev. And we're getting the girls their free Prince Caspian tickets from their orthedontist. I forgot to mention that I went to go see Prince Caspian, good casting on his part I must say! ;D Ben Barnes is drop-dead gorgeous.
I'm so sorry it has been this long since I've last posted. Lots of things have been happening and I haven't had the time to post anything. But since I have a few minutes here I think that I'll tell you what's been going on.
Number one is that Saturday I realized I've been leading my boyfriend on, I didn't really like him like that. So I broke up with him yesterday. He took it well, but still. I also had my job interview yesterday it went very well. I should have aa job by August. Courtney stayed with us for two days from Sat-Monday.
Last Tuesday I went to Amanda's house to play Rock Band with her and the guys. Me and Corrie had bought hair coloring kits. Mine was a lighter brown and I was going to put in highlights. By the time I was done, I had orange hair. Think Paramore "Hayley Williams" Orange. I freaked out, even though I liked it at first. My guy friends were all like You look super hot. Lol. All that was running through my head is what my Mom and Dad would call it.
Sure enough when I got home they flipped. I was grounded. Lol. Not only for that but I was out an hour and a half past curfew. >.<
Saturday Courtney came home with us. Well me and her drove in her car to my house. We had lots of fun. Monday I had my hair re-done. PROFESSIONALLY! That's what I've learned is not to mess with my own hair. EVER AGAIN! LOL.
Sunday Night Corrie, Millie and Courtney spent the night and we watched the three movies that I had rented. Fast and Furious: Toyko Drift (I'm not even going to tell you how much this movie sucked) Then I got The Invisible..GREAT MOVIE! (Justin Chatwin is Gorgeous!) Then last BUT certainly NOT least we watched Donnie Darko last. OMG. BEST MOVIE. It's soooooo good. Freaky/weird/ but it's a must watch! Jake Gyllanhaal is so hot. Especially as a Physco. ROFL XD.
Friday Family from Illinois is coming down to stay until tuesday. Monday we're having a BBQ. Some of my friends are coming so I'm excited! Courtney, Shannon, and Paige. I found an awesome website, it's www.deviantart.com you can find drawings and sketches etc.
Anyways, that's the general stuff that's been going on. So, I'll post later!
Sunday we drove to where we were going to meet Amanda and her Mom. We packed up our luggage and sat in the car for six hours, stopping only 3 times. We met up with everyone (almost everyone) before checking into our hotel, we ate at Olive Garden. After that we checked into our hotel and then me and amanda went to the gym and worked out. I found out I can bench press 120. ROFL
Monday we got our overnight bag and threw it back in the car. We drove to the port and waited in traffic for two hours! It was insane, but as soon as we got onboard (through the customs thing) it was amazing. Supper, omg, the food was amazing. I had Black Tiger Shrip with Fried Rice. BEST STUFF EVER. Dessert was awesome, I had Chocolate Melting Cake...yea, HEAVEN IN A BOWL.
That night we went to this club, then to a karaoke bar thing. We had virgin Pina Colada's they were AMAZING. Haha.
Tuesday was a fun day at sea. I went Tanning, and Swimming in the pool and hangin out with the gang. Late night, came into the cabin around 2am. That was about every night! I have to go right now, just wanted you to know that I'm back!!! I'll try posting again about all of it!
Well this evening is my final "Mass n' Class" I am very sad. =(
Tomorrow is Graduation Rehearsal and today I finished my Senior Table. It looks amazing. (IF I do say so MYSELF! Haha)

This weekend was loads of fun. And Monday was a emotional roller coaster, it being me and my (senior) friends last co-op. It was very sad at the end of the day. Today our whole Astronomy class is going to go see a movie (Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed). Then as soon as it's over then I'm going over to Corrie's church for a pizza party where I could possibly win a car. After that I'm coming home and sleeping.
Wednesday is my last Mass n' Class. =(
Thursday I have Graduation Recital. And I have to set up my Senior Table.
Today I am totally excited because my High School Diploma came in today!!! It is so pretty! Haha.
I can't believe that I'm graduating though, I mean time has not only flown it's gone hyper-speed. It seems like yesterday I was running through the neighborhood barefoot with my best friends playing Lord of the Rings...If there's anything I would wish for it would be that I would wish every child would have an amazing childhood like I did. I miss it sometimes, but look at all the stuff I get to do now! Haha. Concerts, Friends, The Mall, Job, Boyfriend...the list goes on.
May 2nd is when the big day is =D
May 3rd is Spring Showcase, (Maggie's Ballet recital)
May 4th is when we are driving to our port.
May 5-11th we are GONE BABY! Lolz.
Tonight me and me Papa are goin' to da store. I'm buying Cloverfield and Dad's getting grocheries. I need a new eyeliner pencil/liquid pen. Believe it or not I've used one up in the past month. >.< I also want some nail color, but, Idk what to get. If I could find a dark grey metalic that'd be awesome.
At Mass n' Class Sister Mary Clare asked me and Millie what we thought of the convent and if we wanted to come back someday. I told her that I felt like I grew closer to God, being able to pray without interuptions and all that quiet. So I told her that I would love to come back because God needs my attention too!
Apr. 24, 2008 - I'm running out of titles for my entries...
Today I woke up at 9:30, got dressed and drank my cup of coffee. I read a few pages from Sherlock Holmes and then got my borrowed edition of Until There's Nothing Left of Us. That's right, Millie let me borrow Kill Hannah's cd. I was so excited when she told me that she had it. She gave it to me last night at Mass n' Class. I've loaded it onto my iPod already and I'm listening to the whole thing through. It just ended and I was like, 'Wow, that was a really short cd' I look to iTunes and see that it was pressed on Shuffle CD. So..I didn't listen to every song. Sheesh.
I'm going back over the songs that it skipped and listening. Haha. I just thought of it yesterday but 'Snickers' my iPod is a whole year old now. And only has room for 44 more songs.
It has filled up so fast! I think that I'm going to delete some of my cds that I own, cause I can listen to them anytime. But all the ones I've borrowed (most of them) or bought through iTunes I'm going to keep on there. I've had to take off my pictures so I can have more room for music. >.<
Hopefully tonight me and Mom are going to the store. So I can get Cloverfield, since people are coming over Saturday to watch it. . .haha. It may sound weird but I cannot wait for my sister's birthdays. Why? Because we are getting a PS2 and Guitar Hero, Dance Dance Revolution and Possibly Rock Band!!!!!!! If that isn't awesome, I don't know what is. Haha.
Graduation is coming up, which means my trip to Mexico is around the corner!!! My friend Jill can hardly wait, she's all pumped for it, we all are. So far the only people from my class that are going (that I know of) are Me, Amanda, Luke, Jill, Matthew, and Kara. And there are eighteen of us. =O
Our class is Amanda, Corrie, Me, Kara, Jessica, Morgan, Rachel, Sarah P., Leigh, Charity, Libby, Kaitlyn, Matthew, Luke, Logan, Aaron, Tanner, Sean, and Noah. So I'm not sure how many people are going, but I guess I'll find out soon won't I?
Haha.
So what are my plans for this weekend?
Watching Cloverfield with my Boyfriend and some friends. Eating Pizza, and popcorn and drinking coca-cola. =)

Apr. 23, 2008 - Trying to Register my Cell PHONE >.<
This is the second time I have tried registering my phone to alltel. And this is the second time that the registration code has popped up and then when I type it in it's like, We do not have this code, please check your code and try again. It lets you do it three times then after every failed attempt at trying to figure out if 0 is an "o" or if "O" is a zero. It's VERY aggrevating. THEN to top it all off it goes "If you attempt one more time and fail, this website will be locked" so it's like...WHAT AM I SUPPOSSED TO DO?! AND last time we called customer sevice and all she suggested was try 24 hours later. Well, it's been 72 hours later and it WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CODE. AGGGGGGHH!
Without this registered I cannot text or call into my mailbox to listen to voicemail. *sigh* Sorry about ranting on. But as you can tell this is very frustrating.
Cloverfield comes out on DVD today and I'm getting it! Some friends are coming over on Saturday to watch it with me. Saturday is also Daniel's b-day. =O *gasp*
Today is the CHE Spring Program, the only thing I have to do is watch everyone do their skits and stuff, because all I had to do was take pictures and put them on display. Haha.
Around four my Aunt and cousins are driving up here to come to the Spring Program (which starts at seven) When we take Dad back to work (1pm) then we're going to run to the mall and wal-mart- so I can get Cloverfield! At the mall I'm getting some white leggings so I can wear the cute sundress that I got a week ago. Hopefully, if Mom will let me I can get these two cute t's at Rue 21. One has a Panda on it and its Green and black and white (of course) And then the other one is grey with white sparkly letters that say "HOLA!" Haha. I think it's amazing myself..but yea, I think Mom wants me to get stuff other than t's. =P
