Apr. 23, 2008 - Trying to Register my Cell PHONE >.<
This is the second time I have tried registering my phone to alltel. And this is the second time that the registration code has popped up and then when I type it in it's like, We do not have this code, please check your code and try again. It lets you do it three times then after every failed attempt at trying to figure out if 0 is an "o" or if "O" is a zero. It's VERY aggrevating. THEN to top it all off it goes "If you attempt one more time and fail, this website will be locked" so it's like...WHAT AM I SUPPOSSED TO DO?! AND last time we called customer sevice and all she suggested was try 24 hours later. Well, it's been 72 hours later and it WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CODE. AGGGGGGHH!
Without this registered I cannot text or call into my mailbox to listen to voicemail. *sigh* Sorry about ranting on. But as you can tell this is very frustrating.
