| I wish it wasn't so. I just went shopping at a different grocery store and hated it. And said to myself that it was definatly back to Wally world for me. I love my WM. I sent my email. Hopefully if enough of us write it will maybe change their minds, but that is doubtful.
And it is SOO sad that most Christians don't seem to care. I had told him that I wouldn't get a Ford because of them promoting the homosexual lifestyle and he said, well don't buy a GM either because some ones cousins brothers uncle may be gay too. ::rolling my eyes:: But his attitude is a lot of the same from other people I get. |

| The difference is that someone's brother's uncle being a sodomite is different because you are not giving that person your money and saying "Take this and support and encourage and persuade others to become sodomites". However, we can not complain about having that lifestyle taught everywhere and be giving our money to support that cause at the same time. That doesn't make sense to me and yet that is what we as Christians so often do.
That is good that you did not want to support Ford. I guess that boycott thing is working because they are losing some serious money! |

| Ooo, that is a good note about Ford. Maybe that should be brought out to Wal-Mart?
And very good point about uncles cousins brother...it is about what we are giving our money to and basically saying we are supporting. |

| I replied to it at the bottom of my reply to the ANONYMOUS comment I received letting me know what a disservice I am doing in homeschooling my poor children!! boo hoo...
As for the WalMart deal.... I really hate WM. It's just that their products are cheap, their prices fluxuate, and most of their employees are rude. I've felt this way for some time! This is just the icing on the cake. What do you expect from the world? Jacque |

| Now where am I going to shop?
Can't go to Target because they support Planned Parenthood and several other abortion friendly places in our local area...now WalMart!!!! I think I'll be joining Costco or some similiar warehouse chain!!! Where does a big family go to shop in a place that doesn't promote the garbage? Oy. Thanks for the heads up... Just a mom... |

| Well I am for sure going to boycott WallMart. To bad I had already bought my school supplies from there )0: Thanks for the heads up !!! Please keep us posted (0:

| We're not wal-mart supporters and we have NOT set foot in a wal-mart store for about 4 years! No I don't miss it at all, and I honestly can say I have saved money by NOT going to wal-mart! I find that the things I REALLY need I can either get at the grocery store, or one of the dollar stores. If I can't find it, then I guess I really don't need it. I also shop the thrift store, and businesses owned by local individuals. We own and operate a small business and we know what it's like, but good for us, wal-mart screws up too much and we end up getting the business in the long run. As for Ford.....the local ford dealer isn't too popular. when it comes to repairs/work done on/for your auto, it depends on who you are how much it cost.
KUDOS to anyone who doesn't shop wal-mart at all! Besides what will happen if cina decides to stop trading with the US? almost all of our goods are now maunfactured in China.....thanks to the greed of the waltons, after Sam passed away. Edited by hsmom2myboys on Sep. 10, 2006 at 1:33 PM |

| I received the same notice from the AFA and another watchdog group. I sent an e-mail and thanked Wal-Mart for making my decision easy. When I have shopped there it gave me a headache. Too much commotion and clutter I also prefer to support small business. Did you hear the latest? Wal-Mart is going to rusume using Merry Christmas this year in a very big way and not be politically correct. I don't think their intentions have anything to do with having a change of heart rorm t decision to use Happy Holidays only last year, but instead Wal-Mart is attempting to show everyone they aren't all that bad!!!! A wolf in sheeps clothing in my opinion!!! Does anyone know anything about SHOPKO? Edited by MommaBear9 on Nov. 10, 2006 at 10:08 PM |

|
| I think it is because they don't want to lose our business. Especially since they are being boycotted after Thanksgiving. |

This needs to make mainstream media... but probably won't. I hope AFA finds that it is untrue.
