I do think it is right to circumsize and to do it on the eigth day when their vit K levels are highest.
But it is not only best for the boy, it is best for his wife. Othodox Jewish couples have the lowest of cervical cancer rates which they contribute to no foreskin. So maybe it is a gift you are giving his bride someday.
