Nov. 18, 2009 - Eggless Peanut Butter Cookies

Here is a recipe for the BEST peanut butter cookies!

Ingredients:

1c. butter
1c. sugar
1c. brown sugar, firmly packed
5 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1c. peanut butter
2c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Directions:

Thoroughly cream butter, sugars,milk and vanilla.
Stir in peanut butter, add other dry ingredients.
Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Press down with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

The other day I did the pony's hair. I spent a lot of time on it, then 20 minutes later her tail fell out!
It was so disappointed!

Sep. 22, 2009 - Strawberry Preserves

Here is a very simple, and very delicious recipe for strawberry preserves:

Ingredients:

1 qt. mashed strawberries
3 cups sugar

Directions:

1. Boil mashed berries and one and a half cups sugar for 5 minutes.
2. Add remaining sugar and boil 10-12 minutes longer.
3. put in jars, put tops on.
( you don't have to can them.)

Have fun!!

Today the church is having a camp out!!!!! YAY! I have been looking forward to this all week.

Aug. 31, 2009 - Yum!

Here is a delicious chocolate pudding recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

3 T. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
3T. cornstarch
2 c. milk

DIRECTIONS:

1. Put cocoa, sugar & cornstarch into a med. saucepan, mix well.
2. Add milk. stir until dry ingredients are dissolved.
3. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly until it starts to boil. Boil 1min.Remove from heat.
4. Cover pan, let cool, serve warm or refrigerate and eat cold. It must be refrigerated once at room-temperature.

Wasn't that easy !? ENJOY!

Aug. 14, 2009 - Summer

How is everybody? I'm good. I will tell you about my summer.

Summer started with our camping trip,then we just kindof hung out, and here recently we went to six flags. We had a blast!!

I think our favorite, even though it was terrifying, was the tornado. The tornado is a big tornado shaped water ride. The lifegaurd pushes you down into a tunnle, and you drop into the "cone" part. You go up really high! the first time my dad went with his sunglasses on. We thought he was going to loose them for sure! But he didn't .

Then a couple of days ago me and my 9 yr. old brother went on a trip with our grandparents. We had a lot of fun too!

We have just started school back up also. This past few weeks have been a busy few weeks!!

Aug. 11, 2009 - Softball & other stuff

HI! I Finished playing softball a couple of weeks ago, i"m kind of sad and kind of glad at the same time. Our team was undefeated the whole season. It was lots of fun, I played outfield & second base. All of our games except one were played at 7:45 in the evening.

Has school started for you guys? Ours has.

We are currently taking care our my grandparents dogs, cat, fish, & horses, because they are in Australia.
And in a couple of weeks my other grandparents are taking a cruise to Alaska.

Hi!!! A couple of weeks ago we had our 3rd annual camping trip! We had a blast!!!!
Here are the highlights of the trip:
Cooking over an open fire
Sleeping in a tent
Hiking
Lounging around
Shooting a BB gun
Games
Star watching
Talking around the campfire
Fishing
Creek walking
& A mud-fight!!!!!
We had soooooo much fun!!!!
